Perfect spot, charming rooms and excellent staff!

Unusually for Italian hotels , the beds had box-spring mattresses with nice linens and two pillows!

We had a small room but it was very charming and nicely decorated if a little tired in places. The corridors with the original monastery doors are so lovely and the subtle lighting throughout added to the charm and ambience.

The manager at breakfast (Alberto?) was absolutely charming at breakfast and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Glorious location in a truly beautiful little town, with the warmest staff imaginable. The cloister building is a beautiful piece of history that is a delight to stay in. There aren’t fancy amenities like pools and gyms, but there is charm and authenticity by the bucketload - which for many people (like my husband and I!) may be much, much better. Highly recommend!

Amazing place. Ancient abbey now a hotel. The place has been fantastically restored. Very comfortable and luxurious. How about a Jacuzzi in such a place. Just perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fantastic. Sorry for just using superlatives but I love the place.

Ancient convent, all refurbished and transformed in a four-year hotel. The rooms are actually the old cells of the friars, so the atmosphere is guaranteed. Very nice staff and a good restaurant is within the same premises.

Simply stunning. The usual star rating for hotels is wholly inadequate. This is in an entirely different league. My words will never convey full meaning, so check the website, Google the photos, then book a room if it's your thing. If you do, then like me you ought to be delighted beyond measure! I cannot rate this hotel highly enough!

A very charming place steeped in history with a fabulous restaurant and very helpful staff. Breakfast in the convent cloister on a balmy summer morning is one of those experiences you’ll hardly forget!

Great location and wonderful staff

Dormire in un ex monastero è sempre una esperienza: la camera confortevole ancora abbastanza spartana lascia spazio a immaginare come era la vita monastica all'interno del monastero. I confort aggiunti, come i servizi, rendono gradevole il soggiorno. La colazione nel chiostro è un ambiente unico. Le piastrelle consumate lasciano immaginare i passi di meditazione e preghiera che i religiosi facevano. Un momento di meditazione durante la colazione. Un buon inizio di giornata.

Belle camere, personale super disponibile ottima colazione, receptionist veramente carina e disponibile.

Minusem jest dość ciężki podjazd do hotelu, stosunkowo stromo i ciasno.

Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i komunikatywna.

W pokoju była klima, lodówka, sejf, wieszaki, kapcie, kubki, no i całe wyposażenie w łazience od szczoteczki z pastą po żele do mycia, waciki, patyczków do uszów itd

Śniadanko było zawsze świeże, w stylu szwedzkiego stołu. Duży wybór rzeczy do jedzenia dobrej jakości, natomiast codziennie było to samo.

Bardzo polecam!

Alles war bezaubernd, 5 min.bis zum Zentrum. Es ist eine ältere Kapelle in der Oberstadt vom 1370, kann ich nur Frühstück war sensationell.

Une très belle ville pour se promener et passer un bon moment romantique !l'hôtel est dans un ancien couvent avec l'église d'origine.
Une magnifique cour intérieur avec un superbe Olivier vous accueil pour un magnifique petit déjeuner.
Attention tout de même, en été il fait chaud et le seul équipement sur place est une petite clime portable qui fait un bruit assourdissant la nuit... Seul bémol.
Merci pour ce moment de détente !

Hotel magnifico incastonato all interno della parte storica. Abbiamo prenotato la stanza dei pappagalli, stanza con gli affreschi.....meravigliosa ma un po fredda. Il bagno era grande e comodo. Colazione abbondante e ben curata. Ristorante discreto (a noi non piace la cucina regionale rivisitata). Spazi comuni bellissimi. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. Hotel da non perdere.

Un soggiorno diverso immerso in un ambiente che toglie il fiato; personale molto attento e preparato. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione. Quando mi troverò nuovamente da queste parti per lavoro, ci ritornerò di sicuro.

Très bel hôtel de charme dans un couvent réaménager. Les chambres sont tout confort et le lieu est magique. Pour couronner le tout un service irréprochable et un prix plus qu’abordable. Dépaysement assuré. De plus la région regorge de belles demeures anciennes. Très bon petit déjeuner et pratique le restaurant est très accessible par l’hôtel.

Ho tenuto un concerto nel refettorio che ha una splendida acustica.

Une expérience différente pour cet hôtel de charme dans un ancien monastère, petit déjeuner excellent dans le cloître, chambre agréable avec terrasse, situé en haut du quartier médiéval ayant gardé son authenticité.
