Caffè Roma

Quick service, friendly staff, fresh n delicious food, hella good espresso…and a really cool view of the colosseum from up here. We arrived with 6 ppl and sat quickly, and the food came quick too…perfect lunch stop.

This is a nice place to simply grab a coffee. Not a bit more than that. We had a really delicious espresso, and the neighborhood was relaxing. The view of the Colosseum is fantastic. The pricing are fair for the fantastic view of the Colosseum. Nevertheless, the restaurant was extremely crowded and noisy due to the near proximity of the tables.

Most people in this establishment were able to speak English and was able to get me a espresso with some booze drink which was delicious. This cafe is very busy, and they seem to keep up with all of the coming traffic. Definitely a good stop before a tour.

Made our sons 7th birthdays so special singing and a cake unexpected. Kids loved the hot chocolates and coffee was great. Lovely service.

Caprese and coffee was very nice. The atmosphere was great with a lovely view of the colosseum. The sun came out as we paid and we stayed another 15 minutes without the servers rushing us away which was very appreciated, would highly recommend.

Pizza is great.

A bird stole my sandwich outside. I set a trap and punched one in the face when it tried to get the pizza. Photo below of trap. 10/10 recommend punching a bird in the face. Best part of Rome.

Lovely cafe, great selection of drinks snacks and atmosphere is perfect! The views are gorgeous from the cafe of the colosseum! Customer service is just unmatched, Aldo the cafe manager was very attentive to us! The hot chocolate was simply perfect. It was like melted chocolate with cream it in so yummy! Highly recommend this place.

Great place with an amazing view, prices are very good I think, considering the service and the location.
Recommend this place as soon as you pass by the colosseum, way better that other places close by in prices quality and kindness.
Would come here every day if I lived in Rome

I dont get why this place has low stars.
The waiter/waitress were really nice.
They tried to help us to order what we would like. Even though one of waitresses was not good at English, she really tried her best to explain the menu. And one of waiters could speak English fluently, so there was no problem. Food was nice and tables were cleaned immediately.

I don’t know if it was the hunger, but I am still dreaming about the pistachio filled croissant and pistachio cannoli I had at this cafe. By far the best I’ve ever had despite visiting multiple cities in italy and also the croissant tasted better than the ones from Paris to me.

Read all the reviews and didn't have a problem with my meal or the service. We sat inside by a table where all the waiters would be able to see us. It worked like a charm. Great location and good food. Very close to the Coluseum and very busy restaurants, I can see how this can turn into a bad experience. Fortunately not for our stay, I recommend the place.

We showed up early to our tour of the colosseum so we decided to have breakfast there. I think her name was Alessandra.. our waitress. She was extremely nice and welcoming! We had an unforgettable experience!

Super convenient location. It's busy so sevice can be that fast but overall responsive. Pizzas are good enough as well with resonable prices.
