IBFOR - Your Design Shop

I stumbled upon IBFOR while browsing online and while hesitant, decided to do more research. I was surprised by the positive feedback and hence decided to place an order for a bespoke round table (160 cms in ceramic, not marble) to be shipped to Switzerland.

From the beginning Giulia was very responsive and provided all the relevant information and guidance that I needed. The price was materially cheaper to similar tables in Switzerland so I decided to place an order and paid 50%. Very rapidly the order was confirmed and surprisingly the order was ready within less than a month. Shipping was very fast too.
The final product is materially better than expected. Top quality, robust, strong, difficult to differentiate from high-end brands charging 5X the price I paid.

Please do note before buying a big item (such a table) that the order comes in protective wood pallets, and if it is a table like in our case, there is some assembly needed (for a table you need at least 2 adults and power tools to open the wooden case, the table comes in 3 parts).
Attached the pictures of the table. The quality of the ceramic is very high and looks just like actual marble.

I had a ceramic table made to measure and it’s wonderful and great value. It is beautifully polished and looks like glass. I requested two small side tables and we are equally delighted with them. Michielle is wonderful and we have complete faith in the organisation. We live in Spain and they package well. One small table was damaged and they replaced without fuss. The courier company lets them down, but I cannot recommend Ibfor and Michielle enough.

Great service, they replied super fast and they have send me several photo's as I was not able to visit their showroom. Really happy with the table. I would recommend this company and table to everyone.

Fantastic service and phenomenal quality. I was looking for a very specific size of oval table in the Saarinen style to sit in my small kitchen and IBFOR not only had a lot of options but demonstrated incredible quality. True craftsmanship and excellent service. We had been looking for this 70s curved sofa design for ages but we couldn’t find it in Europe for an affordable price. We supplied IBFOR with the drawings and they could custom make what we had in mind. Upon delivery we saw the sofa base turned out differently than we expected and they sent replacements free of charge. Now it’s perfect!

We are so happy with our table we received today. I was looking for a good quality saarian table for months. I almost change my mind because I was looking for a unique piece, and most companies offer cheap, bad marble quality reproductions. This I certainly didn't want. With IBFOR we received a great quality at the reasonable price. See the pictures and judge for yourself - it is not common to offer such a beautiful marble. We ordered several pieces, including a large customized leather sofa (which otherwise we could not find on the market), a Wings ceramic table, bar stools and an office chair - all in high quality leather and with customizations. The quality is outstanding and the look better than we imagined! Additionally the delivery was perfect and everything was very well packaged. I highly recommend Ibfor for interior design lovers who appreciate Italian design and quality. Great work, we will be ordering from this shop again.

After looking for replacement kitchen chairs for several years (!) we found something both my wife and I could agree upon on the IBFOR website. I contacted them and were able to order six of the chairs. Communication via email was easy and timely, the chairs themselves were ready to ship in a few weeks, and made it all the way from Italy to California in less than a week! The service was personal and outstanding. All my purchases arrived on time, well packed and perfect. On one occasion, a lamp was missing a screw and IBFOR sent it as soon as I called. The furniture is of good quality and not that expensive. I would recommend IBFOR for a hassle free experience of online furniture shopping.

Ibfor came to the rescue when I was trying to find Wassily Armchair Leather replacements.
As I'm located in Australia there isn't any local supplier able to nor willing to import an Wassily Knoll spare parts. This is were Michielle came to the rescue. Ibfor were very accommodating, professional and were willing to take on the challenge of navigating shipping my spare parts to down under! DHL came to the party and in no time at all, my items were on their way.

The biggest concern was not ibfor it was the Australian customs as it took forever to release my goods as customs held the items for 2 weeks prior to contacting me. When I finally received my delivery - the product was prefect, excellent quality and workmanship. I now just need a moment to install them onto my chairs which is a bit of a jigsaw puzzle!!

with a week or 2 of unresponsiveness via email, I was worried about our order seeing as I live in Canada order over season can be a little nerve wracking when money has changed hands.
Seems as though with a holiday long weekend in Italy, they had fallen behind in communications.

Would definitely recommend IBFOR and would not hesitate to use them again.

Outstanding! The Vender chair I purchased is very well made, and Ibfor very carefully packaged and shipped the chair to the United States. The price is also much less than other manufacturers of the same design.
