Great hidden gem in Spello! The patio has unbelievable views, especially at sunset. The drinks and food were great, too. Our server, Cedric, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! We shared four different pastas and the beef carpaccio - all were delicious! Really great place for dinner or sunset drinks.

Lovely location: it's worth eating there even if only for the view from the terrace. Can be quite busy during peak season. Friendly service, and lovely traditional local food. Try the Strangozzi al Tartufo Estivo. Fair prices.

We were hoping to find a restaurant with a sunset view and found this place. The meal was completely enjoyable and the service was great. Highly recommended!

Three years ago, our eyes led us to this special and unique place: it was purely a marvellous paradise in the heart of Spello! We came back in 2020 for the second time: it was a natural must. The staff is gentle, delicate and professional. The terrace - the restaurant's jewel - offers a distinctive view and a magical atmosphere to the context. The chef proposes a variety of dishes that reflect the region's culinary richness and colourful simplicity.

During the hot summer it's not advisable to sit on the terrace as the sun hits directly on it.

As complete strangers, we were treated as family. Food and wine selection are top tier. Terrace and restaurant are beautiful with passionate staff. When we left we immediately discussed what the soonest time was that we could go back.

We stopped by for dinner around 9pm, and were pleasantly surprised.
The terrace has a wonderful view of the Umbrian valley, but the food was the star for us. For an antipasto we ordered an incredible pumpkin flan, which we split but should have ordered two. It was covered in a melted percornio with bits of pancetta. Insanely good! We're still talking about it. My wife had a cinguale pasta, and I ordered gnocchetti in a beef rago. Tiny gnocchi with a rich sauce. Very very good. We split a contorno plate of bean salad with onions. How can simple beans taste so good? Our wine was a bottle of the local Montefalco rosso. Cafe to complete the meal, 70 euro. An outstanding meal deal! The staff was attentive and business-like. Perfetto!

Perfect in every way.
A menu that is amongst the most interesting in Umbria, a superb wine list, a panoramic terrace in the summer and even eating indoors is a treat.

Wonderful views food and service

Vista mozzafiato tra il profumo delle zagare e del cibo. Tranquillo e piacevole. Prezzo onesto. La signora bionda che ci ha "servito" è stata discreta, professionale e simpatica. Consigliato.

Primo giorno di vacanza in Umbria non poteva capitare di meglio, imboccato una bellissima viuzza...letto il menú all ingresso.... Una location bellissima con terrazza panoramica, cucina sublime.. Non si può avere di piú. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo mangiato sulla terrazza all'esterno con vista mozzafiato. Tutto molto buono dall'antipasto ai due primi presi.
Soprattutto per queste giornate calde consiglierei (permessi comunali permettendo) di fare un bel pergolato che permetta un'ombra migliore rispetto agli ombrelloni attuali, ma capisco che magari non gli danno la possibilità di farlo.
Comunque siamo stati benissimo nonostante la giornata caldissima e lo consiglierei.

Ristorante nel centro storico di Spello, trovato x caso, merita solo 5 stelle perché non c'è la possibilità di darne di più. Piatti della cucina umbra con materie prime di ottima qualità, abbiamo preso un antipasto porta venere, stingozzi alla spellana ottimi, e una panna cotta alla cannella con riduzione di sacrantino devo dire davvero fotonica. Carta dei vini con etichette del territorio. Personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzi più che buoni x la qualità del prodotto offerto. Bravi ragazzi. Se passate da Spello andateci. Consigliatissimo.

Prima di recarmi in questo ristorante, mi ero orientata con la rassegna delle recensioni. Avevo dedotto che fosse un ottimo ristorante con la pecca del servizio lento e algido e dei piatti buoni ma scarni, soprattutto in proporzione al prezzo. Comunque sono andata per un pranzo, in quattro persone, una domenica, con la terrazza panoramica al completo dei tavoli. Confermo l'indiscutibile suggestione della location con ariosa vista sulla vallata e scorcio su una delle torri. La terrazza è incorniciata da piante di arance selvatiche ed è ben ombreggiata. Confermo la qualità dei cibi, originali senza stravaganze, gustosi senza eccessi, sapori davvero umbri. Disconfermo , per la mia esperienza, le valutazioni negative sul personale. Nonostante il locale fosse pieno (ma nel rispetto delle normative anticovid), ho trovato il personale di sala cordiale e spiritoso, creando un'atmosfera di garbata e rilassante familiarità. Servizio rapido, senza essere frenetico né pressante. Per quanto riguarda i prezzi, sono consultabili nel menu on line. Pubblico le foto di qualche piatto ordinato e lascio alla soggettività di ognuno la valutazione del rapporto quantità/prezzo. Il ristorante ha anche una bella sala con volta a mattoni. Per chi avesse disabilità motoria, consiglio di consultare prima il ristorante per verificare la soluzione di più agevole accessibilità.
