Warm service , great food, lovely atmosphere
We had their special dish of the day - gnocchi with turtoffo , lasagna and mixed salad.
The home bread was delicious !
And the staff were very warm

Excellent! Gusto' Bristrot was recommended by our b&b host in Spello and we were very pleased! The outdoor setting, food and service were all excellent. We felt very welcomed and looked after. My best meal (wild boar tagliatelle) on our whole 2 weeks in Italy and my mum had the best ravioli she ever had!

We had lunch there and, because it was a very warm day, we wanted something light. The salad and gnocchi (not very light I know...) were really good and the escargots were simply the best we ever had. Btw they taste much better with the bread they serve.

One of the most beautiful and high quality place in Splello. The staff is awesome and professional. The food is excellent. Tipical selection and more than good vine list. One good dinner in nice environment. Highly recommend.

We visited a couple of times. On both occasions the food and wine were fantastic and very reasonably priced. The staff are also wonderful. The location is perfect in central Spello. Thoroughly recommend!

Get lost in Spello and end up here! The coolest little place for dining. Food is excellent and the wine list is fabulous. So many options and everything is reasonably priced. We loved the staff, all were friendly and knowledgeable.

Have the bruschette miste! Lovely service and atmosphere. We sat under the heater outside and were very comfortable. Delicious food.

Absolutely fantastic food and the perfect lunch spot in lovely Spello. The food, the service, the ambiance with outdoor seating was all superb. Try the assorted local cheeses, locally-made grape beer, the stuffed tortelloni special, and really any dish on the menu. They were all terrific :)

Great food, we had a ragu which was great. Friendly and relaxed service.

It was pretty busy when we arrived and I misunderstood the daily special. Our server was wonderful and offered to get me something else, but it was my mistake and Im glad I didn't change it, as it was the best stuffed pasta we've had in Italy yet!!!! Overall a great experience!. :)

This is the place to go if you love excellent food but you are looking for an alternative to all the traditional restaurants in Umbria. Great mix of traditional cooking, leisure atmosphere and great location - and the first time in days that the dinner music didn't consist of a 80's evergreen mix...

Had the nicest lasagna I've ever tasted here. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Excellent Food with a wonderful outdoor seating in beautiful Spello. I definitely recommend for great food, wine, and views.
