Warmly recommending this place! The atmosphere was good, food was great, service was amazing and good music. Menu had various options for every taste and overall quality was excellent!

The place was incredible, I was visiting Tivoli and walked around trying to find somewhere that was hospitable and comforting. I saw the signs. Outside saying there was food available and didn’t think twice due to the decor and atmosphere.
I then went on to ask the chef what kind of food was being served, and proceeded to wait for the hostess.
Alessia made sure to explain exactly what everything contained and also highlighted the allergens accordingly, made my evening incredible by telling me a few stories about the place and the best part was the food was phenomenal.
I would highly recommend to both locals and tourists.

My new absolute favorite. Worth reaching only to eat here even if you’re outside Tivoli, for example from Rome or from
anywhere else. It’s a beautiful concept created by a beautiful person. Thoughtful small portion food for degustation. But enough for an abundant lunch and/or dinner.
As my friend said “you feel like in a fairy tale”, and I assure the tastes in this cute place are just magical, so enchanting that maybe you don’t need your prince or princess next.

Very friendly owner with a great atmosphere, good selection of smaller dishes which were great to try a few and share! Also great regional wine! 🍷

Such a cool dining experience. Everything is tapas style (so small portions) but every dish is unique and incorporates a variety of cuisine styles. It was nice to try a lot of new dishes, without have to commit to a full size, so if you like food and trying different things, this is for you. The atmosphere is cozy and spans time, and we felt like we were on our own private little date. The service is even better than the food, and the owner was wonderful to chat with and hear about her experiences and philosophy on food. Also the best cocktails I’ve had in Italy! We’ll definitely be visiting again.

A true gem in the middle of Tivoli. Great food and amazing service! The bread is the best!! We came back and will be coming again and again.

If you want to try something unusual, that’s the right place. You should order 2 or 3 portions, cause they're a bit small.
What I liked the most is Gotie: baked goat cheese with truffles and honey.
The service is also very good!

Best of the Best! Italian tapas, perfecto!! More than any other country, Italy's food is a tourist "destination" in itself. So for a restaurant to stand out, it has to be *really* special. AloTiCo is one of those places. 50 minutes by train from Rome, Tivoli is a delightful day trip. Our highlight turned out to be a leisurely, multi-course meal at AloTiCo. The small-plate format is ideal, exploring many flavors in one sitting. Not a single plate missed. Even the house focaccia was outstanding: fresher, lighter, and tastier than any I've ever had. A particular stand-out was the pork belly special. Its combination of pork, watercress, and spices was entirely unexpected and worked so well; it was one of those "I can't believe I've never tasted that before!" eureka bites, the kind you can count on one hand over a lifetime. Everyone in our group are self-proclaimed wine experts but we left ourselves in their hands and this did not disappoint -- there is no wine list, just let Alessia select pairings for you. The one-room setting manages to feel both upscale and relaxed simultaneously. We had a two-family party of 8 and it worked out great. My daughter loved the swing-set seats at her table. The space is small & cozy, and deservingly popular, so reserving in advance is a must. We were able to do that just a few days in advance, in April, but by summer tourist season that might become more difficult. It is a destination, don't miss it!

Very cute and unique restaurant, 10/10 recommend visiting Alotico if you’re in Tivoli. The owner is so incredibly sweet and kindhearted, she cares deeply about the ingredients that go into her food and her recipes. I arrived in Tivoli late at night and forgot to pack pajamas, after dinner I asked the owner if anywhere in town was open where I could purchase sleep clothes, and she immediately ran to her home and brought clothes to me because everywhere in town was closed !!!

I just ate there with three of my friends and am already making plans to bring a troop of people here from Rome. I have been in Italy for three months and this is handsdown the most wholesome, flavorful, well curated meal I’ve had. Everything from the ambience to the food to the service was splendid. The people who waited us explained everything satisfactorily and were charming themselves.
It’s the treasure you hope to find in a small town and think about bringing your future kids to.

I love the food here. The portions are smaller so you can try 2-3 different flavors in one sitting. The owner is very nice and also speaks English.

This restaurant is such a pleasant surprise!
The whole philosophy of trying small portions of food (hence the name Degusteria) is refreshing and a perfect change from a regular dining experience. It's true that portions are quite mini, and maybe a bit overpriced, but since the food is so flavourful and rich in ingredients it's also sufficient to order just 2-3 dishes so in the end also the prices are reasonable. Menu is interesting and since the combination of flavours works it delivers on its promise.
The place is cosy, very retro and vintage and consistent in its style; music, plates, glases and cutlery, how the staff is dressed, furniture, every single detail makes it clear that real thought and attention went into it, it's not just a superficial intention to make something different without really committing to it and resulting fake in the end. This place is real in every sense and that's what I appreciate.
And last but not least, great selection of cocktails, beer and vine. Next time I'll definitely try the cocktails!

Stumbled upon this place completetly randomly, while walking around Tivoli. Honestly, best food we had. Don't hesitate ordering several items on the menu, its really worth it, they are all amazing. We ended up ordering something like 9 items on the menu. Its a gem, service is amazing, food is amazing. We had a really nice time!

This is probably the best place to eat and drink in Tivoli. The food is divine, original, beautifully presented; the cocktails are perfect and the atmosphere is very special and elegant. All at absolutely reasonable prices. Alessia will make you feel at home. Don't miss it!

Amazing food and service. Met the lady owner and had a bunch of fun whist tasting their tasty food. Hopefully we'll get the chance to come back some time.

That was one of the tastiest restaurants we have visited in Lazio region. The taste reminds me the Michelin's restaurant at only 5 euros per dish. We couldn't stop to try different stuff as each dish was presented as the small portions, lovely decorated and each time with different ingredients! 5 stars definitely 👍💥

Wandered hoping for a nice late drink. Immediately made welcome by the fluent English speaking Italian maitre d', chef, perhaps owner, with a tasty gin drink proffered-tasters were offered actually-and tomorrow's dining menu of creative bespoke dishes subtly and enticingly suggested. It's a type of Degusteria where the door is opened in welcome.
