The staff are absolutely fantastic, and willing to accommodate for anything that may occur. Request the fifth floor for the best views, or use terrace dining on the roof. The nearby shops are absolutely perfect to walk through for a good sampling of small Roman shopping. (everything from clothing, leather goods, jewelry, to religious paintings and artifacts. Plus touristy shops if you want) The hotel has a Michelin ranked vegan restaurant, and there are plenty of options within walking distance for any taste.

Had a lovely aperitif on this stunning rooftop. Everything has been perfect. Drinks and finger food with a unique view of Rome!! Just the best! They also have been extremely nice with our children! Top!

From arranging roses and prosecco at our rooftop table to tucking us into the departing taxi after an incredible stay, the staff or Bio Hotel Raphaël were part and parcel in making our visit to Rome a most memorable event. We stayed in an executive suite which was very well appointed. The Mater Terrae
Restaurant organic and vegan entrees were amazing and unique. Breakfast offerings were most generous with a comfortable dining room and attentative staff. My only negative experience was the crowd noise late on Saturday night. But when one is a block from Piazza Navona, I suspect it is not uncommon to be a bit loud on the weekends.

We stayed for 2 nights. The location was fantastic, right next to Piazza Navona, and walking distance to Pantheon. Nice restaurants all around the area.
My room was not large, but very modern and clean, especially bathroom has a big bath tub. The staff were friendly.
We arrived one day late, due to Delta flight cancellation and notified the hotel up front, but required to pay in full, still I would love to stay this hotel again.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was impeccable! It had an amazing rooftop view from the terracewhere you can order cocktails. The location was perfect! It is steps from Piazza Navonna with quaint cobblestone streets, great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and stunning churches! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The service and staff were top-notch. We were greeted with prosecco and canapés. The breakfast was superb and so relaxing with a harp player every morning. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable with 2 sinks and 2 showerheads. Thank you to Simone and staff for such a wonderful experience!

Stop right here. If you’re from the US and are looking for a place to stay this is the place. The level of service and quality of the service was exceptional. The hotel is located 15-25 minute walk to all the sites. The Michelin rated restaurant blew us away! I’m so appreciated of the staff and how they took care of us and every need that we asked for. And thank you for speaking English.

I’ve stayed here three times before my trip in Nov 2023, but not for at least 10 years. I was glad to be back and had a wonderful stay. The Raphael is impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location - just off Piazza Navona - is great. I’m eager to stay here again.

No idea why others gave this place anything but 5 stars. To be fair, we did stay in a Jr suite, but still. The staff is amazing, the location is perfect and quiet and the room we had was spacious and the amenities are great.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles and a friendly vibe. The entire hotel is just plain beautiful as well. Then, since we were early for check-in, they apologize and bring you some welcome drinks and snacks. Yes, everyone is offered them while you wait, but it's still a nice touch.

We enjoyed ours, but left to have lunch and shop. We came back and they walked us to our room and we had a welcome tart and a small bottle of Montepulciano waiting for us. The minibar has just a few things, but the first round is free...yes, free.

The room itself felt massive. Even if you do suites or junior suites, it was still great. Large seating area, Bang & Olufsen motorized swing-out TV and an adjustable bed as well. We also had a simple but quaint view.

The bathroom was the largest we have seen yet (at least for the type of room) and for the ladies, a full-sized bathtub, Bvlgari bathroom amenities and a Dyson hairdryer and a flat iron. Wood floors, working and adjustable A/C, power shades for the windows and a LARGE closet to store and/or hang things.

Now, any cons...only one IMO. It's a small boutique hotel, so there's only one elevator (I believe) and it's not fast, so if you're on a high floor, you have to be patient. Still, even the little waiting areas by the stairs are just...comfy looking.

While I can't speak on a regular room or the breakfast buffet (we had an early flight), we were fortunate to have a beautiful one. I can't say enough about the genuine kindness of the staff and the suggestions they gave for lunch and dinner...🤌.

We stayed at the Anantara and Sofitel in Rome as well and while they were also amazing, this just felt more...cozy, yet modernly comfortable.

This hotel is a gem! Love that they have Dyson hair straighteners and blow dryers in the bathroom - normally even super expensive hotels offer annoyingly cheap hair tools. We only stayed here for a night due to a missed flight that stranded us in Rome but thought everything about the hotel was very charming (exteriors, interiors, roof bar, neighborhood, staff) and our room (210) was an unbeatable value given how pricey Rome is. Would definitely come back!

This hotel is amazing. It is our favorite in Rome. There was a strike going on when we visited and they made us feel super safe. The rooms were a bit small but the detail was stunning. Hotel is right in the middle of everything. It is right next to Piazza Navona and walking distance to River Tiber, Pantheon, Castel Sant Angelo etc!! I suggest you walk down the cobblestone streets and get lost. We found an amazing Osteria for lunch and picked up some fresh speck from a deli nearby on our way back. We did not eat at Mqter Terrae, but had drinks on their rooftop. The view is unsurpassed and one of the best in the city in my opinion.

We have stayed at The Raphael almost every time we come to Rome. It is a beautiful small hotel with great service.
I would say that on this trip we travelled with a number of family members and it was difficult to get facecloths in any of our rooms which was odd.
Overall a very reliable home base in Rome.

I booked this hotel with my travel agency and, I thought it was really nice and clean inside. The rooms are very spacious considering that hotels in Rome are sort of small compared to American hotels. when we arrive at our upgraded suite there was a card welcoming me with a bottle of wine and champagne and some small bites. I also love the fact that they had a rooftop with outdoor sitting and amazing views right at the bottom of it it had a little bar with an inside restaurant. The customer service was excellent. even the cleaning service left some sort of waffle chocolate cookie on top of the bed after cleaning. I was thrilled that it had a gym and it was pretty spacious with water to drink and all. They were super friendly and nice and it was located in the heart of the city where everything was within walking distance including shopping and more restaurants. I would definitely come back and stay again ..

We went for evening cocktails, and the staff was great as was the view and the cocktails. The maitre'd was great as one of our party had a nut allergy, and served a special snack for her.

” The Bio Hotel Raphael.”
This place is a secret passage from the chaos of the center of Rome to tranquility, recharge, and a relaxed state,
The wall-growing plants around the hotel make the place like a cacoon free from outside pollution, Air, and noise.
This place is not only eco-friendly and vegetarian but displays its vision on its team. “To change the world.”
The staff is amiable, opening every encounter with a smile.
In the tourist plans, pauses are not part of the itinerary, but having a restful night is essential to keep the itinerary up today.

This hotel is evolving with the needs of the present time while keeping history within.

Looking at your room's windows, you feel warmly hugged by nature in front of you. It is like nature nock on your window every day with a warm light reflecting in the leaves entangled in your window
Raphael bio hotel has the most stoning view from the rooftop restaurant while enjoying an entirely vegetarian traditional Italian cousin.
The location could not be better. It is in the heart of the center of Rome and has walking access for most tourists, like the piazza Navona and Pantheon. Coliseum and much more.
This hotel is the best option if you are a conscious traveler ;)

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the view from the roof terrace were also great. The hotel was also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions of Rome.
I want to stay at this hotel for our next trip to Rome.
