The best of local tuscan ingredients, in a mix of tradition and modern invention. We had the Mare Nostrum tasting menu, with a 2 glass wine pairing. The sommelier picked some exciting local wines to pair with the seafood menu.

The resort is a hidden oasis, the interiors spotless and beautifully decorated. You can feel the attention to detail, and the care for the experience, which can be a rare thing in this part of Italy.

The service is world class, the staff is polite, personable, and speak multiple languages.
The terrazza overlooks the coast of the argentario, and we were blessed with a wonderful sea breeze throughout the evening.

I really enjoyed how calm the environment is - I have been coming to this area for 20 years and restaurants can be quite chaotic. We had a very relaxing and romantic evening, we’ll be back next year!

Loved this restaurant, the food is absolutely divine and the atmosphere just perfect. It's upscale yet laid-back and comfortable. They serve traditional Tuscan dishes prepared with greatest care and local ingredients. My husband and I had a perfect date night here while staying at the Argentario resort! We split multiple dishes and loved everything, especially the rabbit ravioli with truffle. Make sure you try the wine from this region too. Wow wow wow! Extra thanks to our servers Gabriele and Federica for being very welcoming and super nice!

Esperienza unica considerando le mie problematiche alimentari non solo sono riusciti a farmi mangiare ma lo hanno fatto nel migliore dei modi. Ottimi i prodotti usati, la.fantasia e la capacità dello chef di rendere unico i piatti: la gentilezza e professionalità del suo staff del barman e di tutto il.personale e una location cento rapisce ..da provare per poi sicuramente ritornare .

Davvero un ottimo ristorante e x svariati motivi: primo fra tutti gli abbinamenti dei sapori dei cibi che possono sorprendere proprio perché inaspettati; anche la presentazione delle portate è ben curata ed invitante; infine scoprire che "dietro le quinte" della cucina esiste una squadra di persone molto giovani e motivate costituisce motivo di orgoglio a favore di chi fa conoscere il nostro paese anche attraverso i piatti di questo ristorante.

Wir waren zum Dinner im Dama Dama und haben das "Tasting Menü" genossen. Die Speisen waren hervorragend zubereitet und haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service war nett, effizient und sehr bemüht die Gänge auch auf Deutsch zu erklären. Die Terrasse bietet einen ausgezeichneten Ausblick und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Für Hundebesitzer ist zu erwähnen daß ihr euren Begleiter mitbringen dürft. Wir würden das Restaurant weiterempfehlen.

Quando si arriva al top bisogna fermarsi e godere di una vista mozzafiato sul percorso e sul mare. Dopodiché si inizia a mangiare apprezzando meglio la cucina superlativa e il servizio sempre efficiente.
