Torre Birraia

What a gem of a spot! We stumbled across this place whilst hungry after a day trip to the Amalfi Coast. We wanted a place we could sit and relax and enjoy a meal and this ticked all the boxes.

The food was amazing, with a simple starter of nachos and drinks before burgers and eggplant parmigiana. Everything tasted fresh and was prepared with care. The back courtyard was also an excellent place to sit.

The staff were friendly and attentive and the owner very welcoming. We had some drinks and even though our Italian is not so good, their English was great and they were patient and friendly about it.

I'd recommend trying this place, especially if you love burgers.

Truly delicious. The pork burger with asparagus omelet was actually special. The pork patty was perfectly seasoned and juicy. Local style eggplant parmigiana 👌. Drinks are good and reasonably priced. Servers are helpful with recommendations and have good English. 10% tourist discount also 👍

We ate here on the first night of our holidays. The gentleman who served us went out of his way to help us, by recommending local dishes and also spoke very good English (which made up for our poor understanding of Italian). We shared the parmigiana to start. Both that and the burgers we chose were excellent quality, had well-balanced flavours and perfectly cooked. The portion of chips was very large and too much for us to finish. There is a varied choice of drinks available. They have a terrace at the back of the bar which was a pleasant place to eat on a warm evening. Service was fantastic.

A fantastic experience. Although we don't speak Italian and the waiter and owner(?) had limited knowledge of English we managed to order a lovely meal and have a great chat with them. They made my daughter feel very comfortable and had a lovely chat, about football. They knocked €7.50 off the bill, as we are tourists, and gave us a couple of free shots too. All in all a great meal😊 Would highly recommend this lovely sports bar.

A great place if you are in a mood for a good burger or some craft beer in Torre Annunziata. The staff,was very friendly and helpful. They are also English speaking, so If you are not fluent in Italian, they can still share some great recommendations and answer all questions regarding dietary restrictions.
We were surprised by the great choice of gluten-free options...not just for burgers, but also beer and gluten-free tiramisu(!)

There is a discount for tourists of 10%, the waiter was kind and caring, have a good English and good advices and also we got an extra shots on the house!
