The nighttime e-bike tour + dinner was THE BEST experience we had during our 3 days in Rome. People had told us Rome is “very walkable”, but it’s also HOT in the summer. Rome is so much more e-bike-able! My wife and I are in our 60’s but we zipped around the sights effortlessly! We had a quick light supper (included in the price) along the way, which was a time to get to know our fellow cyclists. Our guide, Duarte, was knowledgeable, fun and spoke excellent English…above all, he kept us safe and respectful to other road/sidewalk users. A fantastic experience, great value and highly recommended.

We had the best time on this tour! If you’re looking for a great experience away from the crowded streets of Roma, I highly recommend doing this tour! We learnt so much from our local guide Mateo, and had such a fun time on the e-bikes! They are easy to ride, and after riding over 30kms over the course of 5 hours, we were treated to a fantastic refreshments stop with beers & delicious tapas! Couldn’t recommend this activity enough!

Elias gave our group an amazing experience! It was soooooooo much fun. He had great energy in the morning and made everyone feel safe as we were cruising through the streets of Rome. It felt like a once in a lifetime, unique experience to be riding through the streets of Rome so early in the morning and the places he brought us to were beautiful. He was so welcoming and friendly to everyone. He even made sure I could bring my water bottle with me by providing a little pack holder for my bike. I couldn’t say enough good things about this tour. Highly recommend!

As a tour guide, I have to say that this tour is definitely worth it, particularly with Elias as your host. He did an amazing job using humour, an animated storytelling style, modern-day comparisons, and references to guests' countries to explain different parts of Rome's history & monuments. He's also an excellent photographer, and he even sent us short videos of our rides, which was huge bonus for a solo traveler like myself. And the cafe we stopped at was excellent. Elias put a major emphasis on safety, which was much appreciated by everyone. I recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the tour start time, so that getting set up with your bikes can be done quickly, and the tour can start on time (or maybe even an earlier start).

Highly recommend this experience, especially if you want to avoid the crowd and have a short stay in Rome. I was only in Rome for one full day, and this experience helped me make the most out of it. I also visited during the busiest time of the year, in June. This was perfect to avoid the crowd and see many spots without walking. Elias was our guide, and he was such a funny and great storyteller. He is also a great photographer. Since I was traveling alone, it was so nice to have someone to take some nice photos of me. I did the sunrise bike tour last week, and it was incredible! We got to see everything before crowds started to line up, and by 10:00 am, I had a delicious cappuccino and croissant and I felt fulfilled that I’d checked the boxes and had “seen” Rome. We LOVED this experience! Elias was fantastic, kept us safe, and gave us great info at each spot, and we had so much fun. We went on the dawn ride and would highly recommend. The bikes were easy to use and the views were incredible!

Get ready for an immersive experience where you'll be exploring the highlights and some hidden gems of Rome. We used very high-quality e-bikes that make the entire journey nearly effortless and tackle any bumpy cobblestones areas with ease (leaps and bounds better than any rental escooter you can find on any street corner in Rome). Our guide, Elias, is a hoot and very down to earth, and he does a great job of keeping you engaged. He's pretty great at taking pics, too, so feel free to ask. I was so impressed by the early morning tour that I signed up for the night tour as well (this review is for the night tour), and I was not disappointed!

Wow - this was by far the best tour we did in Rome. Mattia was an amazing host. The bikes are in really good condition (unlike other tours we went on) and the ride is adventurous but easy - a good mix of streets and the Appian Way park - would def do it again!

We booked an E-bike tour to the Via Appia and Park with the Aquaducts. Matteo and Bruno guided our tour and they were fantastic! Guiding us through the crazy traffic in Rome, past the Colosseum. Great experience. Biking on the Via Appia is very nice, beautiful and quiet and a lot to se. Almost like your 2000 years back in time.
The bikes were very nice and both men were constantly keeping an eye on the quality of the experience and safety if everyone. The Italian lunch afterwards was very welcome!

The best tour of our entire trip. Don’t think, just book it. The sunrise e-bike tour with Elias was the highlight of our trip. His energy, knowledge, humor, personality was all amazing! Such an incredible person and Rome blew our minds, every stop was unreal.

The best tour we've been on. Seeing Rome at night and stopping briefly at various places for pictures and information from a very personable and knowledgeable guide. Electric bikes made for easy cycling, and although worried by the Rome traffic, the guide helped us to cross roads. We stopped for a selection of meat, cheese, wine and beer mid way through the tour. Suitable for all the family (age 8+) Loved it; highly recommended.

Glad we decided to sign up last minute. Sunday morning was the best, very little traffic and a peaceful view of the major attractions.

The bike tour was so much fun! It was early in the morning so it wasn’t overly crowded yet and the sunrise was beautiful!! Elias was our tour guide and he made it so fun!! Our group said this was the best tour we did our whole trip.

I highly recommend it, it’s a lot of fun and you never break a sweat like walking. It kind of feels like your gliding through the streets but mostly at slower speeds. Sometimes you get a chance to go faster if it’s safe.
He has a few different bikes to choose from, I requested the Cube full suspension mtn bike. It was given to someone else before me so I asked for the same one. He was about to give me a smaller bike with smaller wheels and no suspension. I’m a experienced mountain biker so I know the limitations of such bikes. I ride at mtn bike parks so wheelies, popping on off the curb, and bunny hopping is my norm but the average person would not know the difference.
I would suggest eating before this trip the food was just slices cured meats and cheeses, with bread. Wine, I had 2 glasses, a soda, some bottled water, all was good. I met some nice people on the trip too. I was comfortable enough to make a video everyone riding throughout the city, I shared it with the others using iPhone airdrop.
Our tour guide was awesome, very knowledgeable, super friendly, and loved to talk and tell us all about the history.
My only recommendation is that you pick up some Gelato at the Trevi fountain stop, it was awesome. The stop there was sometime after dinner. Hope this review helps.
