Today, May 19, 2024, when we entered the store (between 12noon to 1pm) my wife goes directly to the perfume shelf where she is choosing the one she will buy (Victoria's Secret), the bottles are already mixed then suddenly the sales lady told her arrogantly not to mix the bottles. What an arrogant staff! We as a customer can choose what we want. Unlike in Douglas Profumeria, staffs are friendly and you sniff and try the perfumes. This is not the first time we've encountered an arrogant staff here in Seduction store. 1 star is too much.

Stasera 16 luglio 2023una commessa con comportamentio negligente e superficiale, interessata più alla privacy del suo profilo social che alla vendita ,ha sbagliato a digitare cifra sul pos a mio svantaggio.Di solito trovo ragazze capaci e gentili,non è stato questo il caso.
