Osteria italiana

Stopped here for lunch after arriving at the Central Station from Lake Como. 1st, beer was excellent! The food was very good as well- we ordered a salad and a fochaccia topped with arugula, eggs, tomatoes, etc. Service was prompt & good. They gave us a few biscottis at the end which were also delicious. Highly recommend. Prices were reasonable too.

Did they miss to put my pasta on the plate or this is a new way of plating? 😂😅
Nonetheless, the carbonara was tasty and surprisingly a huge portion of breaded pork cutlet.

Staff were very attentive and accommodating.

During our 4 night stay in Milan, we had 3 dinners at Osteria Italiana. We tried different food every time and always with great satisfaction.

Their service was great especially Bellal who was very attentive and thoughtful, and always with a lovely smile.

For starters, the Marinated beef carpaccio 🤌🏽! Followed by the Tagliatelle fresche con ragu' alla Bolognese, and Ossobuco di Vitello in Gremolada con Risotto alla Milanese 🤌🏽! Then, for dessert, the Sorbetto al Limone 🤌🏽 while sipping on Limoncello 🤌🏽! The food, amazing! The service, top notch! The atmosphere while eating outside, fantastic! Truly Italian and outstanding!!

The food was delicious, the waiters were true gentlemen and funny at the same time. Short wait time, good services. Everything great here!

Food was delicious. Loved the complimentary bread. Nicolas was great with kids. Loved the service provided by him. We would definitely visit again.

I had a late lunch here. The pasta was so good, the portion was quite big, with a lot of seafood. For dessert I had rout biscuit with a shot of limoncello. The shot was quite strong. The dining experience was very nice, the servers spoke good English and were very helpful.

Cute Osteria which was just a few minutes walk away from our Airbnb. Food prices were reasonable and the service was superb. Had my fair share of unfriendly service staff at other places but osteria italiana had the best service 🩷 Portion sizes were HUGE I was struggling to finish but definitely a meal that I was satisfied with. Bread basket was a little cold but i appreciated it especially more as they served another basket when we finished ours. Servers ensured that we were satisfied with our meals and checked in if all was well. Thank you for the friendly service and fantastic meal, 10/10 would recommend

This is my first time in Italy and a friend in Italy recommends me this restaurant. All the food here are enjoyable and excellent. Moreover the price is very reasonable. We tried Lardo and Risotto which are signiture dishes. The Boss Nicola even introduces us dessert wine and dessert free. We highly recommend this restaurant!

First night in Milan, beautiful meals! Service was great, venue very nice, food even better.
We had a Spaghetti Carbonara, 4 Formaggi pizza, a Toscana & bread. Priced well. Servings were a good size, so much so, we couldn’t fit dessert (which looked awesome too).

It was a long trip from Paris but this restaurant is so sweet, helping to set the luggage, quick and friendly service. The food is very delicious and not expensive. Only 16€ for this perfect seafood spaghetti. Would like to come again!

This place was mine and my fiancé favourite restaurant in the Milano area. 2 min walk from our hotel. The service was amazing, they were so quick. We kept getting free bread brought over to the table which was great while we was waiting for our food. The food was unreal. The carbonara was our favourite we also came back the following day for lunch and had the same thing. Staff were so friendly and was a great vibe inside. 100% recommend.

The Osteria Italiana is an excellent restaurant with attentive staff and amazing food. I went there twice in two days - the spaghetti alla carbonara brought me back. The Osteria Italiana also seems to be very popular with Milanese people which must be a good sign. Would thoroughly recommend it - 10/10.

Amazing spot for homemade Italian food! Everything was so amazing that we went back to this restaurant three times. We loved the Seafood Soup here. The service is great here too, they are very friendly and generous. If you have a chance to visit Milan please come and visit this restaurant.

5 stars isn't enough!!! Incredible food, atmosphere and service. We came here both 2 nights in a row it was that incredible. I had the risotto, pizza, teramisu, and house white wine. Incredible!!! Also so cute the staff saw me high fiving my friend and they high fived us. Great vibe, great food and great service! 13/10!
