Lunch here was my favourite meal during my time in Piedmont. The tartare and agnolotti with bagna cauda were both delicious. The outdoor seating in the back is very pretty.

Really nice place. We had some really great tasting plin, probably the best plin I have ever had. We also had gnocchi which was great as well

Brilliant food. We went as a group of four and had various different items on the menu; every single one was a pleasure to taste. Perfect portion sizes and reasonably priced. We chose to eat outdoors, and the dining area was calm and quiet. Would highly highly recommend and would definitely visit again when back in the region.

Very friendly! The waiters explained us everything about traditional food and wine. We enjoyed a starter tartar with a glass of Dolcetto and as main dish a Costata di Fassona with a glass of Nebbiolo. Delicious!

Everything was excellent. Really good food. The tasting menu with wine pairings was reasonably priced at €48 for antipasti, primo, secondo, dessert, and 3 glasses of wine. Make a reservation if you want to sit on the patio. We sat inside which was also nice. Apparently the menu changes regularly.

We stopped by this beautiful restaurant in Monforte d'Alba on our biking trip in the region. A very charming garden in the back yard. Great atmosphere and great food. Truly enjoyable

La Salita is the place to go in Monforte d'Alba. They show their pride in the regions culinary heritage through a nice offer of wines and a great tasting menu.

Stunning location, awesome food, local style with some creative twists. Cheek ravioli is a must-try!

Pranzo con amici in questa buonissima osteria: si trova vicinissima alla piazzetta centrale di Monforte d'Alba. L'interno è curato e con stile, pulito. I piatti sublimi: i piatti tradizionali sono straordinari, ovviamente il tutto accompagnato con un buonissimo vino della zona. Estremamente consigliato.

Sono stato più volte e sempre mi sono trovato benissimo, cibi di grande qualità (prodotti sempre nella loro cucina compreso pane grissini). Ci ritornerò in autunno.

Finiti a Monforte D'Alba dietro consiglio di un amico. Oggi abbiamo pranzato in questa osteria che si trova in zona centrale.
Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene:
- entrée di polpetta al polpo su crema di patate;
- carne cruda con lamelle di tartufo bianco;
- tajarin al ragú di salsiccia;
- gnocchi di castagne con crema al calstemagno;
- selezione di formaggi con composte di prugna e cannella unitamente a quella di miele di castagno;
- caffè, anche quello buono (e non é scontato), servito con baci di dama e piccole meringhe.
Il tutto accompagnato da panificati freschi, vari e sfiziosi.
Ogni piatto era veramente squisito e cucinato con accuratezza e gusto. Carta dei vini eccellente: abbiamo optato per un nebbiolo e un dolcetto d'Alba.
Personale molto gentile, educato e cortese.
Chicca molto apprezzata: cucina a vista, all'ingresso dell'osteria, pulitissima.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.
Assolutamente consigliato!!! Ci torneremo presto.

Ottima esperienza: personale molto gentile, menù con piatti tipici della tradizione ma rivisitati in chiave moderna, gustosi e saporiti, materie prime di ottima qualità, pane e grissini preparati in casa squisiti.
