They provide excellent service. I forgot my backpack at Rome Airport, the lost and found department recommend me to contact pelican express courier services. Within 5 to 7 days they deliver my parcel at my destination canada. The bag was packed very well and all the items inside my bag were safe. Thank you so much pelican express.

Arriving at Rome Airport to fly to Greece, I left my iPhone in the boarding area to the plane. Staff wouldn’t let me off the plane (while we were still boarding) to retrieve it and unfortunately the last two days photos of my family’s trip had not uploaded to iCloud. I located it via find my phone still at the airport and contacted lost and found. I was provided Pelican Express as an option about 2 weeks later (because the lost and found office was impossible to get hold of). Pelican was able to act on behalf of me once I provided the documentation and my lost phone was picked up (we had already flown home) at the airport and shipped to me in New Zealand. They kept me informed via email. My item just arrived today and everything was untouched (including my credit card and debit card in the flip case my phone was in). It was packed well. I would definitely recommend their pick up service as well as shipping. It is not inexpensive, but they did an excellent job. I must admit they felt about dodgy with only using a Gmail account but after reading others reviews I was satisfied and went ahead. I’m so glad that I did!

I left my watch behind on a plane when transiting through Rome airport and was not allowed back on to retrieve it. Once it had made its way to Lost and Found, I contacted Pelican Couriers. Good clear and responsive communication. They collected it, wrapped it well and delivered to a hotel I nominated. I would highly recommend them.

I was provided Pelican Express as an option to retrieve my lost item (we had already flown home) at the airport and ship it to me in Florida. They kept me informed via email. My item just arrived today and everything was in the bag untouched. It was packed well. I would definitely recommend their pick up service as well as shipping. It is not inexpensive, but they did a excellent job.

I left my laptop in a security bin at the FCO airport in Rome and Pelican Express was the *only* courier/shipping company I could find to retrieve the computer, package it, and ship it to me in the U.S. They responded quickly to my request and sent a helpful list of what information they needed to retrieve the item. The computer was packaged carefully and arrived safely to the U.S. within a few days via FedEx with a tracking number. Highly recommend for any travelers with lost items at FCO!

We left our bag at the Rome Fiumicino Airport Terminal 3 airside after crossing immigrations on Christmas Day 2023. First of all, a kind soul picked the bag and left it at the Lost and Found office (Tagless Office). We were surprised to hear that the Tagless Office did actually have our bag after checking with them more than a week later. However, it could only be picked up in person or by someone else via authorisation. We were happy to come across Pelican Express Italy as they could do it and was available via email communication. Alessandro was prompt and helpful. He walked me through the process including the documentation required. This contrasted against other courier services which directed me to a chatbot. I am very happy with Pelican's pickup and delivery service.

I left a backpack at security screening at FCO Rome. Alessandro at Pelican Express was able to retrieve and forward to me in Toronto. The cost of the service, while not inexpensive, was worth it considering the inconvenience and cost of replacing all of the items. Alessandro communicated in English and I recommend dealing with him.

Apparently many personal items (small bags, phones, laptops) are lost at security screening since everyone is attempting to get through as quickly as possible. I've learned a lesson and will be more careful next time.

As an aside, we used FedEx to return the package to Canada, this approach is slow. The package spent more time in Paris than we did on our European travels.

I don't usually write reviews but Pelican Express absolutely deserves praise. We left the dress and suit from my son's wedding in the Hilton in Rome. They could not help us ship it and gave me 5 referrals to taxis and courier services that were not helpful. After over 100.00 in overseas phone costs I found Pelican on my own. They spoke English and were personable and helpful. Alessandro assured me he could pick up our clothes and bring them to another hotel in Rome where my sister could get them to us. He even texted me when it was delivered. Thank you so much Pelican!
