Ristorante Borgo Sant'Anna

Excellent. Fantastic food. Beautiful presentation. Attentive and friendly service. Portions were significant for a Michelin-starred restaurant. We were too full to eat the final complementary chocolate and biscuits. The chef, Pasquale Laera, came out and talked with the remaining guests, and we appreciated it a lot.
One of us had the set Passions menu, and the other had the ala carte. Everything was top-notch. We especially appreciated Goat Ravioli, Aubergine, and Sea Salad. The wine list was the longest I have seen.

For some courses I thought one Michelin Star is not enough, overall I believe it is a strong one star restaurant. The food is very good to amazing, the service is light, fresh and professional and the open kitchen and its staff are great to watch. An absolute recommendation.

Mustvisit. We had lunch here last week and it was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful creative dishes, stylish ambience and amazing view. We felt very welcome and the whole team was so kind and talented, even tough we had to leave earlier than planned, they helped in timing the courses exactly right, without rushing us and delivered impeccable service.

Just a different level of quality. Outstanding lunch menu - focused on local dishes and traditional Cuisine with a twist of modernness (well balanced).

The Restaurant provides also an amazing view to top it even off.

Overall would totally recommend this restaurant, everything was solid and beyond. A true experience and for me a perfect place for lunch (since you won’t be able to enjoy the view during a late dinner anymore)

A very much deserved addition to the list of Michelin starred restaurants in the Langhe. Great location, Super tasty, fun & inventive dishes. We had great service for our three visits looking forward to returning. Tip ask for the wine list as you sit down as there is only one iPad servicing the dining room. The location is so beautiful and remote I couldn’t access the wine list online.

I had an excellent experience at Restorante Borgo Sant'Ana, chef Pascuale Laera, took as in an escuisite journey through the Langhe it's flavours and colors with a fun memorable experience. You definitely want to enjoy this.
Next time in the region I will definitely go again.

First time in summer time in Barolo region. But we occasionally found new restaurant Borgo sant’anna. Cool owners and modern food. We have done already reservation for October

Stunning view of the vineyards if you have a table by the picture window. The service is sweet as can be, and the food leans toward haute cuisine Italian style. They have one well-deserved Michelin star. We like what the chef does with eggplant and freeze dried tomato powder he makes himself. The flavors are intense and delicate at the same time.

Fantastic food, amazing service. Within my top 5 favourite restaurants!

Exceptional Sunday lunch. Five star setting overlooking the vineyards. Dishes are another level of quality and ingenuity for the area. Raw red shrimp and pasta with mussels were standouts but each plate was special. The amuse bouche is a delicious work of art. Service is also exceptional deserving of the Michelin star. Giovanni remembered us from previous visits and was attentive to every detail making our lunch memorable. Book way in advance as their well earned reputation has grown.

Everything was perfect. And the prices make total sense for the quality of service and food.

The best experience we had in the region. The staff is exceptional and the food is really inspired. Every server was funny and clearly proud of the food they were putting out. It has a heart and hits with big flavors. The “Pasta and Mussels” is relentlessly running through my head. Honestly one of the better dining experiences of my life.

Our group meal here had a rocky start as the lighting in the private dining area just off the kitchen was far too bright for our liking. The owner/manager was quick to address it with much more ambient table lights and our focus for the next few hours was entirely on the incredible - and incredible value, food (and service). We ate at many top addresses in the Langhe during our stay and this meal was the best. Next time we'll go for lunch where we can enjoy what seems to be the best views of the magnificent countryside as well.

Michelin Restaurant, amazing food. The mise en bouche was very good. Once you are done with your meal and dessert, another series of small delicacies is served. Awesome experience overall.

An Experience out of the ordinary. Everything was in hamony: the service from the waiters, all of them so warm and prefesionel at the same time, the atmosphere, the high quality of wine and not at least the fantistic food experience. We have visited so many michelin stars restaurants all over Europe and Borgo sant Anna deserve more than one star for a complete experience. Thank you to all of the team for an amazing experience and make our vacation in Piemont complete.
