Colle Santa Mustiola

This was my favorite wine tasting experience in Tuscany! We called to book last minute and they were happy to host us. Their cellar is an unique one in the area, with lots of history behind it and their wines are fantastic! Even if you are not a wine expert you will easily understand the special taste of their production.

The most delicious wine we tasted in 3 weeks in Tuscany came from this lovely vineyard. We were 7 doing a tour of the vineyard. Their red wines are aged considerably longer than most producers and you can taste it in the smoothness of the finished product. This is a small producer making quality not quantity. Our favourite was the Kernos Rose which unfortunately was sold out. We purchased the Vignaflavia a delicious Sangiovese. Tastings were paired with local pates. Our host was very gracious and the dog was a sideshow.

A hidden gem, so definitely visit it if you are in the area. The beautiful cellar has an etruscan history, and the whole place is sharming. This is a family-owned business, and you will be guided by one of the owners.
The tour costs €20 per person, and you try 3 different wines (accompanied with some cheese and snacks). Make sure to buy some bottles to take home!

Our visit to Dr. Cenni's Vineyard was nothing short of spectacular. Set against a picturesque backdrop of lush vine rows, the experience was both educational and delightful. The tour highlighted the meticulous winemaking process, enhancing our appreciation for each wine we tasted.

We sampled a beautifully balanced rosé and two robust red wines, each bursting with unique flavors that showcased the vineyard's commitment to quality. The thoughtful food pairings suggested by our knowledgeable host perfectly complemented each wine, making every sip a culinary adventure.

Dr. Cenni's Vineyard offers a perfect blend of fine wines, stunning scenery, and warm hospitality. It's a must-visit for any wine enthusiast.

Just finished tour and tasting. Informative and delicious. Wines were amazing! Odessa, the giant schnauzer, was a bonus during the tour and tasting!

Monica gave an excellent private tour of the wine cellar, informative & knowledgeable; beautiful property & generous tastings (3 full glasses for 10€ each persons; 1 Rosé & 2 Reds). Call to make a reservation. Our tasting was Saturday Afternoon was at 1500.

Absolutely AMAZING! For those travelling through Tuscany or Umbria you need to stop here! This is a family run winery with a tremendous amount of history and hidden secrets where you will not find anywhere else in the world! This is not a big commercial winery! A family running a winery with passion and love which you can taste in a glass of their wines which are the best I have tasted!

Beautiful place and the owner is such a kind, classy lady. The wine is amazing. They have two reds, both aged at least 6 + years. The cellar is really interesting as well since it is in an old tomb. This is the most beautiful winery I have been to in Tuscany.

A beautiful winery where we had the pleasure of an owner-led tour and tasting at this gorgeous spot with a cellar that passes through an ancient Etruscan tomb. Purchased a delicious Poggio ai Chiari vino rosso. Thanks Monica!

Fantastic morning with the Lady of the house - expert tour of the caves and winery - beautiful location above lake Chiusi - we bought some wonderful Rosato - Kernos - really special place - great Schnauzer too - thank you for your hospitality and sharing the history .

Siamo stati guidati alla visita delle splendide cantine, con chiare spiegazioni sulla filiera e sulla genuinità del prodotto finale, ottenuto senza l’utilizzo di alcun prodotto chimico, per la ricerca di un prodotto di qualità.

Cantina storica ricca di qualità e devozione per il territorio. Le cantine sotterranee ne sono la conferma di secoli di storia. Ottimi vini locali lavorati come da tradizione

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di gustare una ottima bottiglia che ci è stata gentilmente ed inaspettatamente regalata dai titolari di questa azienda una serate in una locanda a Valdobbiadene, devo dire che la cordialita di queste due magnifiche persone mi ha emozionato tanto e debbo bire che c'è ancora gente di gran quore . Non mancheremo di ANDARLI A TROVARE

Visita estremamente interessante. Monica ci ha spiegato la storia dell'Azienda e le particolari caratteristiche del terreno ed il clima della zona. La cantina con accesso da una tomba etrusca è fantastica, come i vini che producono. I vini, ognuno per le sue caratteristiche, riescono ad esaltare le uve ed il territorio. Io mi sono portato a casa tutti e tre i tipi: Kernos, Vigna Flavia e Poggio ai Chiari.

Meraviglioso, maravilloso!! Fue una experiencia completa. El lugar es bello, todo el trabajo lo hacen de manera natural y se preocupan por producir un vino de calidad, no pensando en la cantidad. Es un viñedo familiar. La dueña nos hizo el recorrido y explicación, terminando en una degustación de tres de sus vinos con unos quesos y embutidos. Delicioso queda corto, disfrutamos cada vino muchísimo. Recomendado 100%.

Fabio e la sua cantina sono una esperienza che val la pena vivere. I vini sono straordinari, consigliatissimo il rosè e il loro prodotto di punta "poggio ai chiari" frutto di 28 cloni di Sangiovese ed una lunghissima e sapiente affinatura in legno e bottiglia. Da appassionato, consiglio vivamente.

J'ai eu l'occasion de goûter le 100 % sangiovese entre autres j'ai trouvé le 2010 extraordinaire un nez intense et élégant une bouche gourmande ronde et persistante pour avoir goûté beaucoup de sangiovese à des prix dépassant l'entendement celui-ci est de loin le meilleur rapport qualité-prix pour les amateurs de 100 % sangiovese bravo Monsieur
