Even if the shipping isn't among the fastest it doesn't matter. They are among the very few (maybe the only ones) that offer the custom embroidery service. Not to mention the quality of the fabrics that I personally have not found in any other tie. I will definitely repurchase.

Un servicio excepcional. Además de tener un asesoramiento on line perfecto, recibí mi corbata a tiempo, de forma exprés. La solicité un jueves y el lunes/martes ya la tenía. Es un verdadero lujo haber recibido una corbata que había sido confeccionada dos días antes. Muchísimas gracias.

Impressive advert on Facebook. Ordered 39 days ago. Emailed for update. Patronising reply. Told it was ready. Nothing received. Emailed again with immediate response with a photograph of the tie and reassurance. I look forward to giving a hopefully positive review when it finally arrives. It’s a busy time of year.

Esperienza non delle migliori. La cravatta mi è arrivata, certo, ma con estremo ritardo e a seguito di continui solleciti da parte mia. Tutto considerato, non credo mi rivolgerò nuovamente a Passaggio Cravatte per i miei acquisti.

9 weeks of waiting for a tie! a very ordinary tie of very poor quality has a very poor finish without the interlining. the service offered and simply misleading, the work of a very poor quality sewing ! pretending to make quality and not doing it, we call that scam!

Horrible customer service. Multiple emails requesting status of order. No response no tie. The seller needs to either hire staff or he will loose his clients. Sad, unique quality products with no service

The shipping time was as was told, but the product is way to expensive for the quality.
i have ties from different brands, from 20 bucks to 180 bucks and even the standard Boss ties for 60 bucks is better.
I will keep my tie, but that was the first and last one.

Alert. Do not trade with this company.  They are totally unreliable.  I ordered a vintage fabric. 3 weeks later I had not received the package.  I sent multiple emails and at last got the answer that the product was defective.  I asked for a reimbursement and after multiple attempts finally got the answer that I should ask my onw bank to cancel the debit. Of course this is impossible since there is no credit card fraud.  This is a way for them to keep your onw money.
