Hidden hotel and restaurant in Piemont! Great choice of food and the quality is fantastic. We enjoyed Easter Sunday Dinner with kid in a casual but classy atmosphere. Service is excellent.

Für mich persönlich eines der besten Menüs die ich hatte. Der Stern ist in Aussicht. Schon das Amuse-Gueule, zeigte die Power die sich durch alle Gänge durchgezogen hat. Sehr viel Essenz, und sehr stimmige Geschmackskompositionen. Auch die Weinempfehlungen waren sehr gut. Ich hatte das Aqua Menü, was für Seafood Liebhaber ein Must ist. Kanns kaum abwarten das Trüffel Menü zu probieren. Auf ein nächstes Mal!
