Dalla Padella alla Brace

Our very first visit to Osteria dalla Padella alla Brace. The service has been impeccable and the food outstanding. Slow food with a very modern twist. A very pleasant and truly culinary experience. We will certainly come back.

I can't recommend this place enough! Every dish was well thought and well made with local ingredients. We recommend getting the €45, five course meal. We ended up paying €122 for 2 people, including wine recommended by the sommelier.

Creative menu and a overall very high standard of food. They have a small menu that changes every week, everything tastes homemade and truly authentic. Compared to the touristic places at the harbor this is next level. We enjoyed two evenings, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the outdoor area is beautiful and cozy (they have heating). Thank you!

Excellent food! waiter and sommelier very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. All of our 3 courses were excellent. This is a place to visit if you love good food and wine. They are passionate about both. €100 euro for 2 with wine, beer & 3 excellent courses! Highly recommended

One of the best places we’ve been to so far and I highly recommend everyone visiting Imperia to have dinner at this restaurant! The food is amazing with great service, very friendly staff and good ambiance. They take allergens in good account and they have a lot of gluten and lactose free options.

Beautiful small restaurant that feels almost hidden. Mostly fish specialties, but a few selected great vegetarian dishes. Service and presentation excellent. Everything great!

The place is nice and the food is very good. They don’t have vegan options in the menu but they can adapt it and prepare something tasty. People working there are very nice!

Wonderful innovative and delicate menu from local ingredients made with love and passion. Selected wines that match. Add the interest in you as a guest and your preferences. I keep coming back 🙂

Slow food restaurants which does everything right

Credo uno dei migliori (se non il migliore) ristoranti a Imperia. Impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista, per gentilezza, cortesia, servizio, ma anche per la mise en place, la bellezza del luogo, del giardino curatissimo. In carta pochi piatti, tanta tradizione ligure e materie prime eccezionali. Sapori bilanciati e freschi per chi ama la buona cucina, senza gli eccessi e la presunzione di chi vuole strafare, proponendo invece un bel mix di tradizione e innovazione fatto bene. Ho apprezzato molto il crudo di pesce con gambero rosso di Mazara, ricciola, acciughe e tonno. Anche la battuta di fassona presidio slow food è stata preparata in modo eccelso da mani esperte, condita con erbette e una salsa verde superba. Dolci degni di tutto il resto. Io ho assaggiato un semifreddo di stroscia che ha completato la cena alla perfezione. Vale la pena anche provare qualcosa dalla carta dei vini. Prezzi assolutamente adeguati alla qualità e non gonfiati. Un posto incantevole per serate indimenticabili e soprattutto per ricordarsi quali sono i veri piaceri della vita.

Posto bellissimo a 200 mt dal porto di Imperia. Locale molto particolare e carino. Personale molto gentile e preparato. Cibo di primissima qualità. Consiglio come primo, le trofie al pesto e come secondo il polipo. Se ricapito in zona ritornerò sicuramente.
