Un employé était entrain de réparer la pompe « self service », nous sommes donc allé nous servir nous même à la pompe « service », le pompiste n’est pas intervenu. Il nous a quand même demandé de régler le supplément de 21 centimes par litre pour un service inexistant. Le gérant a refuser tout geste commercial en remettant la faute sur nous.
La méthode a l’air bien rodée pour tromper le consommateur.
Vive les stations où il n’y a plus de salariés puisqu’ils ne servent à rien.
