Honestly an amazing hotel with amazing staff and services. Probably the best ski hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The food is a superb standard. The spa is excellent, well laid out and is luxurious. The steam room is real hot and the water beds are really relaxing. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They tried really hard to understand what we wanted and take any kind of food requirement very seriously. The hotel is well situated despite not being a ski in ski out place. They run a regular and easy to use mini bus from the hotel and the large ski bus is very easy to get anyway. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I actually prefer the location of this hotel to those closer to the slopes as it’s quieter and more relaxing, but still really handy for everything. The lounge has a great little fireplace with a good seating area for apres ski brandies etc.
If you are wondering should you go with half board, my advice is that you should. The breakfast and dinner is super quality and the variety is impressive. I have never had food or service close to this standard in any other half board set up. We will definitely return! We stayed in Hotel Rene with child and friends and had a wonderful stay. The team was very friendly and the facilities outstanding. All meals in the restaurant were excellent, great variety and quality. The Spa area is great and nice massages!

Beautiful place to stay in Pozza di fassa.Great hotel with fabolous restourant and spa. Near by you can find also QctermeDolomiti. The location is great and rooms as well, everything is clean, tidy and goodlooking. The distance from the nearest ski resort is more or less 5 minute by car or bus. You can choose it if you want to visit Dolomites and want to ski in the great ski resot of Valdifassa ski area from Pozza di Fassa to Canazei, Pordoi almost Val Gardena .

Ideal hotel for a ski holiday. Food and facilities all excellent and best of all, great service from lovely people.

Ritornata per la seconda volta perché stare bene in un posto non è scontato. Qui c’è tutto: ottimo cibo, una rilassante spa, personale cordiale, un giardino curatissimo, camere ampie e confortevoli, tanti luoghi in piano e in cima a portata di mano.

Tutto è assolutamente perfetto nell'hotel René. Molto bella e attrezzata la spa. Bellissime la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio con vista. Il cibo è di altissima qualità e molto vario, con una menzione speciale per i dessert. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il servizio navetta di mattina, e soprattutto la possibilità di usufruire privatamente della spa di sera.

Fünf von Fünf Sternen ist nicht ausreichend um zu sagen wie schön es hier ist. Die Erholung tritt sofort beim freundlichen Empfang ein. Auch wenn wir zu dem Zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubes die einzigen deutschen Gäste waren wurden wir sehr nett und herzlich auf deutsch begrüßt und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Unser Zimmer fühlte sich gleich an wie " zu Hause". Wir hatten viel Platz und es war tatsächlich größer als erwartet. Die Sauberkeit und Service jeden Tag sind fantastisch! Der Wellness Bereich durch den wir " nur" gingen um zu dem sehr schönen Innen Pool zu kommen lässt einen gleich " runter kommen". Man fühlte sich gleich entspannt da alles so liebevoll eingerichtet war.
Der Pool war herrlich warm und man kann dort herrlich entspannen.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und es gab eine sehr große Auswahl. Das frische Obst jeden Tag und die süßen Sachen waren besonders toll.
Das Abendessen lässt sich eigentlich nicht in Worte fassen. Die Interpretation einzelner Gerichte und Zutaten waren einfach nur der Wahnsinn. Das beste Essen was ich je gesehen und gegessen habe!! Einfach fantastisch!! Die Desserts verschlagen jedem Süß Liebhaber die Sprache!! Der Service allgemein war sehr freundlich! Unsere Tischdame war einfach eine Perle und es war einfach eine Freude zu sehen wie liebevoll, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig Ruhe ausstrahlend jemand dort am richtigen Platz ist.
Das Hotel ist schön ruhig etwas nach hinten versetzt gelegen und man erreicht den Ortskern in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Alles ist wunderbar gepflegt und die Kulisse ist traumhaft.

Hotel molto bello ,cucina di alto livello ,tutto molto pulito, gentilissimi ,la SPA.....una chicca, moderna non manca nulla. A settembre ritorneremo senz'altro.

Struttura molto bella e pulita, personale cordiale e disponibile nel consigliarti luoghi da visitare in zona e un'ottima colazione

Camera ampia e accogliente, letto comodo, centro benessere perfetto e bellissima piscina con vista esterna: abbiamo passato una settimana davvero rigenerante. Cene ottime con piatti raffinati e curati ma sempre con possibilità di 4 scelte sia di primi che di secondi per accontentare tutti i gusti, oltre a un super buffet di antipasti, insalate e verdure. Colazione varia, abbondante e di qualità, servizio impeccabile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. La posizione dell'hotel è defilata e quindi tranquilla ma a due passi a piedi da tutti i servizi. Parcheggio in loco e possibilità di custodire le biciclette nel garage chiuso. Rapporto qualità - prezzo molto buono. Torneremo!

Albergo molto bello, completamente ristrutturato, molto silenzioso.
Gestione familiare .
Tutti sanno consigliare passeggiate e sentieri. Alcuni partono vicino all'hotel. Convenzionato con le guide che partono dalle varie località.
Non metto 5 stelle alla camera perché il materasso non le merita.
Abbiamo usufruito della Zona relax ogni giorno, soprattutto la piscina con idromassaggio è bellissima.
Valentina è molto brava, mi sono regalata 3 massaggi .
Le ragazze del servizio ai tavoli molto gentili e professionali. Complimenti al cuoco. Cucina gourmet sempre molto fantasiosa. Avrei aggiunto un piatto a scelta "rustico e tradizionale" senza fronzoli.

Ottima posizione, stanze spaziose e funzionali; cucina top con materia prima locale di prima qualità; ottima la zona termale/relax/piscina con cupola in vetro. Molto apprezzato servizio navetta a/r dall’impianto di risalita Buffaure a 10 min di macchina. Nell’insieme Consigliatissimo!!
