Podere Tresa is a dream and the owner is an angel.

We had unforgettable days at this beautiful farmers house in the middle of Italy. We were a group of 19 people including 3 children and were one week at the residence.

The house is perfectly located with a fantastic view over Umbria and Tuscany. The house offers a lot of space, nature and a great pool. Ideal for families and larger groups up to 21 people. It was very clean and the house and rooms were in good shape. We did a lot of cooking ourselves in the large common kitchen. It could be that you have to improvise a bit with the pots and utensils in the kitchen for very large groups. For us it was still feasible.

There is also much to experience in the surrounding area from Citta della Pieve over Montepulciano to Bagni San Filippo. There are many shopping opportunities as well in the immediate neighborhood for e.g. food.

Maria, the owner, was very pleasant and very helpful. She even brought a new coffee machine on the first day and we could ask her anything. Once she helped us to order pizza to Podere Tresa, as my Italian is not very good, but her English wonderful #TranslationSupport.

Overall, we have been so grateful that we could be guests at Podere Tresa, experience unforgettable days and can only warmly recommend the location to everyone. We will come back again!

Very nice, charming, clean and well equipped farmhouse, large swimming pool with amazing view over the valley, in a very quiet and green environment and at the same time close to the village/supermarket.

Abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo di amici al podere Tresa per un weekend di Aprile. È stata una fantastica scoperta. La struttura ben curata è dotata di 7 alloggi con camere bagni ,cucine, stufe e camini, inoltre ci sono ambienti comuni come la grande cucina e un salone caratteristico, meraviglioso a dir poco. Si gode di una splendida vista. Nella struttura è presente il wifi. Maria Laura gentile e disponibile è una persona di gran cuore. Non vediamo l'ora di poter tornare!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in Toscana presso questa meravigliosa villa insieme ai nostri amici e alle rispettive famiglie. Siamo stati in totale quattro famiglie con tanti bambini e devo dire che la sistemazione è stata perfetta per le nostre esigenze. La villa ha meravigliose vedute panoramiche sulle colline toscane e ci ha permesso di rilassarci immersi nella natura.

La villa stessa è spaziosa, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la grande cucina, il salone con camino e la terrazza coperta dove abbiamo potuto gustare le nostre cene. Ma la vera attrazione è stata la bellissima piscina, che ci ha consentito di rinfrescarci dalle calde giornate toscane.

Il luogo è facilmente raggiungibile e ci ha permesso di visitare le città vicine come Firenze, Siena e Pisa. In generale, abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile e consigliamo questa villa a chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza rilassante in Toscana insieme a familiari o amici.

Posto incantevole immerso nella natura, piscina e camere con vista mozzafiato. Se volete vivere un soggiorno di puro relax questo è il posto giusto. Marialaura ci ha saputo accogliere come solo una vera padrona di casa sa fare, gentilissima e premurosa anche nei più piccoli dettagli. Sicuramente torneremo presto!!! Consigliatissimo.

Posizione strategica per visitare la Toscana, struttura bella e funzionale curata nei dettagli dalla proprietaria. Super consigliato per un soggiorno che coniughi relax e cultura.

Fährt man die ungepflasterte Auffahrt hoch, sieht man ein schmiedeeisernes hohes Tor und eine Allee von toskanischen Zypressen. Mitten drin steht eine große "Finka", in deren Inneren sich drei sehr gepflegte Wohnungen mit separatem Eingang befinden, sowie eine große Gemeinschaftsküche. Aus eben dieser Küche hat man bei einem Glas Wein und leckerer Pizza aus einer nahegelegenen Pizzeria einen unvergleichlichen Ausblick auf die schönsten sommerlichen Sonnenuntergänge der Toskana. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine vierte Wohnung in einem kleinen Bungalow, ein Spielzimmer für Kinder, eine Tischtennisplatte. Der großzügige Pool ist eingezäunt, so dass auf Sicherheit für kleinere Kinder geachtet wird. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und verbreitet eine friedvolle Atmosphäre. Freundliche Vermieter, saubere Wäsche. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca.. 1500m).
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!
