Vero Bistro

Absolutely starving when I arrived in Pisa after a delayed flight. This was the 1st cafe I saw, Tried out my "duolingo italiano" and managed to get a table, some food and a beer. Lovely pasta with free bread. Quiet a busy place and I really enjoyed myself.

Every dish is tasty. All staff members are nice for foreigner. I came here everyday when I stayed in Pisa~~~

My wife was feeling a bit poorly. I needed to sit her down fast. I hesitated to take her to the nearest eatery and skip my usual due diligence: check google reviews. No time. Surprise! We were lucky to hit the happy hours before catching the train, remarkably good food and staff! Before leaving we took a peek at adjacent tables and those looked just amazing too!

A hidden gem. If you need a nice lunch before a flight or train in Pisa, this is a great spot.

From the outside you could be forgiven in thinking this is just another cafe. Until you try the food. Amazed. The pork belly and cabbage was delicious and my friend said the seafood soup was equally as good.

Fabulous shrimp Gnocci would love to be a regular here.

We had lunch here on the way to the leaning tower. The food here is great, with fresh ingredients and friendly service. Recommended!

Really good Cappuccino and home-made Tiramisu. Glad I stopped by for a quick dessert. The ataff was courteous too.

Had to grab a quick snack after walking around the city and found this place accidentally. The baryender understood my order despite me not knowing how to order in Italian. And the coffee and panino are both great!

Remarkably good and fast, we had 10 of us waiting for an evening train and had a fantastic meal of steamed mussels, Octopus salad, pasta with grilled tuna, wine and beer all around. All for €20 per person. When we noticed all of the railway workers having dinner there, we knew it was a good sign -- they won't tolerate bad local food. Great place for a quick meal on the fly.

Fantastic food and great service! Simon is a chef that truly cares about the food he serves. The tongue is a MUST, and the pasta is also all so nice. Been there twice in our short 24 hour stay in Pisa. Will want to come back here just because of his cuisine!

A busy cafe near to Pisa station, it has a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Great for a quick bite to eat.
Friendly and helpful staff, the cafe is popular, and for good reason. It's pretty reasonably priced compared to some places.

What a find! Very close to Pisa Station, looks like an ordinary cafe from the outside, but don't be fooled. The food is quality and prices are fair. I highly recommend this lovely place.
