Residence RTA Villa Marina

Nice villa with a beautiful pool, great for kids. Be careful that some rooms are quite dark and not all windows open. Also it is quite a walk into town and to the beach.

I spend many summers during my childhood here and am still fond of these memories. I remember diving in the pool, sunburns, a little short cut through a "cave" on the premise, the smell of pine trees, the music box and "after eight" ice cream (this is more than 30 years ago). One day I might visit again with my little boy.

The Vila is charming old, but in a very good state. The staff, from cleaning to sisters at reception they were all nice, helpfull and friendly.
Swimming pool is nice for a refreshing dive and the restaurant of Maurizio was the best place to spend the evening!
The food is very fresh and the wine is good. Prices are fair and very often they have entertainment. From live music to pool party. That last one is absolutely recommendable since it's witch a buffet. The meals we tried were one of the best we tried during our stay in Italy! Specially the green lasagne 👌

Lovely place, set above the town and overlooking the harbour.
We sat outside just soaking up the atmosphere.
The food and drink was good and the bill was very reasonable.
Will definitely be going back.

Plece for people who likes quiet place with the swimming pool and cosy small restaurant.
Staff is also very nice and helpfull.

Nice and Lovely

Esperienza assolutamente positiva: bellissima la villa, le sue camere (ottima la pulizia)e la sua piscina, gentilissima la sig.na Alice che ci ha accolto e seguito durante tutto il soggiorno, insomma, ottimo tutto. Unico neo, ma la Villa non ne ha colpa, la distanza dai supermercati che sono oggettivamente fuori mano se non si ha l'auto al seguito. Le spiagge non sono invece distanti ed il mare di Imperia è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa

Posizione privilegiata in una locazione lontana dal caos e immersa nel verde, vicina al centro di Porto Maurizio, a tutti i servizi principali e alle spiagge.
La zona è molto tranquilla con una piscina da sogno affacciata sul mare, imperdibile!

Una vista stupenda
Posizione ottimale tra Oneglia e Porto Maurizio.
Le camere /mini appartamenti sono molto confortevoli,dotate di aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto.
Consigliato per trascorrere una bella vacanza a Imperia e zone limitrofe.

Wir waren die letzten 3 Tage dort und es war einfach unfassbar. Eine super nette Frau an der Rezeption und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist top also besser ging es nicht mehr. Ich/wir werden immer wieder kommen.

Perfecta casa señorial. El apartamento cómodo y espacioso. Vistas tremendas al mar y al puerto.
Piscina perfecta y con magnificas vistas al mar.
Servicio amable y siempre dispuesto.

Servizio ottimo mai invadente, camere super fresche con i condizionatori, vista molto bella,dalla piscina si vede il mare,la villa è in una posizione privilegiata ci tornerò sicuramente!

Posto stupendo...ci sono stata a ferragosto 2023...personale fantastico...accettano anche gli animali...Il mio gattone si è trovato benissimo ..

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch während des Aufenthaltes waren alle sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war super und funktional. Die Lage der Residenz ist toll. Von hier aus gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, den Urlaub nach den eigenen Wünschen zu gestalten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊
