Private Chef Catania

When I was searching for a chef to prepare meals for our family of nine adults and two children at our rental villa in Sicily I never imagined I would find such an amazing person as chef Fabio. He and his staff were extremely accommodating and flexible with my menu requests and the meals were traditional but prepared with his own unique flair. We were treated to complimentary wines chosen by chef Fabio with each course the first night which we enjoyed so much that we added wine to each course for the next two dinners as well. He and his staff shopped, prepared, served and left an immaculate kitchen after each meal. The Villa was an hour from Catania and quite remote and a bit difficult to access but he took it all in stride. I Can’t say enough about his professionalism, organization and ability to produce such wonderful meals with such attention to detail. But most of all we were so fortunate to have shared his love and passion for food and wine. If you are in need of a personal chef while in Sicily, I can highly recommend chef Fabio. You will not be disappointed!

We highly recommend Fabio. He was engaging and readily accommodated our five individual culinary tastes. Our five course meal was delicious and paired with wonderful Sicilian wine. The lemon mousse was beautifully presented and tasted divine. It was the perfect ending to a memorable meal. Fabio was fabulous!

Chef Fabio catered a delicious dinner for my fathers 80th birthday. He turned up early to prepare the table and surroundings for the special dinner and was very competent in finding everything he needed in the kitchen. He adapted the menu to suit my fathers favourite dishes, giving his own tasty twists and was also able to offer a simple menu for the children. He explained each dish and the fantastic wine pairings as he served them and was polite and charming throughout. The delicious dinner , which was served outside was interrupted by a thunderstorm but Chef Fabio adapted everything to move inside quickly and handled it with humour. The dinner was finished with a customised cake and dessert wine which topped off everything beautifully. We would highly recommend Chef Fabio for any catered event!

Chef Fabio is not merely a cook or chef, he is an incredibly talented culinary artist with a great passion and knowledge of food. Along with talented and personable Chef Gaia, he created a gastronomical experience for our family that was THE highlight of our trip to Sicily. Bravo 🙌!

What an amazing experience!! Chef Fabio Simone helped us put together a 5 course Sicilian menu together with fantastic local wine choices to complement each dish. Each course was exceptional but our personal favourites were the pasta alla Norma and the swordfish caponata with modica dark chocolate. It was the best meal of our holiday and incredibly good value. Before arriving at our accommodation, Chef Fabio liaised with our hosts to ensure the evening ran smoothly. His communication with us was also excellent. I thoroughly recommend his services- it was the highlight of our holiday in Sicily- Grazie Mille chef Fabio!

Chef Fabio was wonderful to work with and his food is truly one of a kind. Couldn’t recommend him more. We had a beautiful meal during our holiday in Catania, thanks to him!

We had a BEAUTIFUL meal and local wine pairing from Private Chef Catania. He met with our Air Bnb host before the meal and made sure he had everything he needed to proved a memorable experience for all of us. We all had the best time!

Chef Fabio cooked a lovely 5 course dinner, he was very easy to work with, created changes to the menu and went out of the way to get a special cake and candles for our celebration. Food was excellent. Highly recommended!

One of the top 5 meals I have ever had. Chef Simone was absolutely terrific. He was on time, polite, took care of everything from ingredients, to cookware and of course cooking. There aren't enough wonderful things I can say about my experience.

Chef Fabio gave us the most memorable night of our Sicilian holiday! We booked Chef Fabio to cook dinner at our villa for 12 friends from Australia. The food was absolutely incredible and by far the best food we had in Sicily. Chef Fabio made the whole evening so special with his thoughtful, warm service. We highly recommend! Quelle belle découverte que le chef Simone ! En vacances en Sicile pendant 2 semaines avec un groupe d’amis ((14 personnes !), nous cherchions un chef pour agrémenter nos soirées. Nous avons donc trouvé Chef Simone via les réseaux sociaux et avons beaucoup apprécié sa réactivité et ses propositions de menus. Plats frais, variés, typiques, parfaitement servis et en large quantité, nous ne pouvons que recommander ce cuisiner (et son serveur) hors pair qui a su s’adapter à ses interlocuteurs et son environnement !

Esperienza straordinaria! Io ed il mio fidanzato. per il nostro anniversario abbiamo richiesto una cena vegana e ogni nostra esigenza è stata soddisfatta alla perfezione! Piatti unici e ben curati, per non parlare della qualità, ottima! Lo consiglio vivamente!
