Il Borgo di Bagnaia

Arrived in Bagnaia without any plans for lunch before going to Villa Lante and tried this restaurant. Couldnt have found a better place if I had researched it beforehand. The staff is extremely friendly and open (not every place is when you travel solo), the space is well appointed (and huge) and the food exceptional. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommended

There was a nice looking restaurant, Il Borgo, on the town square so we sat down and Deb perused the menu, trying to translate the Italian. I'm not sure how successful she was - I had pumpkin ravioli which was superb. I think she was expecting fish soup but a bowl arrived festooned with crabs claws and a whole family of baby octopoii floating in the sauce. I didn't actually look until I'd finished mine as I'd probably have chucked but Deb is made of sterner stuff and ate the lot! Service was excellent, the food was beautifully presented and prices were good.

Best fries we had in a long time. The maiale and the agnello also were very tasting. A noce surprise after the visit to the gardens

Excellent lunch today. The steak tartare was excellent as was the steak and the wine. Cooked to perfection and served by the really really great owner and his staff. Highly recommended restaurant with excellent ambience, staff food and owners. Il Scozzezi di Bagnaia

We have chosen the place by chance and also becsuse it was the only joint open. It was surprisingly good. The apetizer is great and the other two dishes we ordered were really tasty. 5 star for price / quality

Great pasta (amatriciana, rabbit meat sauce...) and steak. Homemade pasta, bread, British-style custard trifle, ice-cream. The restaurant includes a popular ice-cream parlor in one of the entrances.

Great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food. Reasonably priced food and wine were a treat after a day of exploring nearby sites.

È una storica pizzeria di Bagnaia, hanno moltissimi posti all'interno e diversi all'esterno. Sono aperti e servono cibo fino a tardi. Hanno un menù molto vario, ho preso sempre la pizza che fanno sia normale che in versione Napoletana con il bordo alto. Ho avuto modo di provarle entrambi e sono molto buone, il personale è gentile e i prezzi sono bassi.

Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante sabato 21 settembre, in 79 persone.
L'accoglienza è stata ottima, il cibo buono ed abbondante ed il servizio eccellente.

Sono arrivata per caso a Bagnaia affamata! Visto il menù dovevo fermarmi e non sbagliavo.. ottimo servizio ma soprattutto ottimi piatti consiglio di fermarvi

Tutto perfetto! Ambiente pulito ed accogliente....staff disponibile e cordiale...... pietanze sublimi! Hanno un menù stagionale e già questo è un grande merito, il perché si capisce da soli. I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità offerta. In due abbiamo fatto incetta di porcini (nei primi piatti e nelle patate di contorno) e carne alla brace, 1 calice di ottimo vino, acqua, una birra del Borgo e caffè per 90€ giustissimi e ben spesi. Bravi

All'ingresso non potevo immaginare quanto fosse grande questo ristorante! Che sorpresa!!! Anche il cibo è stato tutto buonissimo! Consigliatissimo! Ottime le patate al forno!!!! 😍 😍

Schönes Lokal, was man von außen gar nicht erkennt. Gute Küche, sehr gute Preise und nettes Personal! Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Zu empfehlen!

Ottimo pranzo a Bagnaia dopo aver visitato Villa Lante.
Ambiente ampio, rustico ma curato.
Bella scelta nel menù, tra mare a terra. Pappardelle al ginchiale ottime, ravioli di patate al tartufo molto buoni, cicoria saporita, tagliere misto con affettati, pecorino, 1 supplì, rucola, marmellatina alle visciole e pane variegato al sesamo nero.
Personale accogliente, servizio veloce.
Nel complesso ottima esperienza, per atmosfera, gusto e rapporto qualità prezzo.
