Francesca and her team carefully curated this stunning villa. The privacy of the beautifully manicured property, the large, amazing decorated rooms - this place was unbelievable, it was hard to leave!

The food was the best we had on our Italy vacation, we never had to think about what we were having, the chef always had an incredible meal after another!

This is the booking you're looking for! Both the Villa's and Francesca with her team are phenomenal! Staying here is better than 4 and 5 star hotels.

We were greeted by Francesca at our check-in and even though we hadn't made reservations the Chef made us a fantastic meal, very tasty and perfectly executed. Alejandro was very friendly and made us feel right at home. He was knowledgeable and helped us select great wines and provided excellent service while we dinned at the villa.

The entire facility was spotless. The rooms were quiet and peaceful with a super comfortable bed. Bonus points for having blackout window shutters. It was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated.

The location was easy to find and was positioned above the river so you can hear it from the villa.

Everything was perfect!

This is the most magical place in Italy, where you can get the best breakfast, the kindest team, and the most beautiful rooms and interior design. The view is incredible and you can choose if you want to have lunch and dinner, which are absolutely amazing the best thing about this place is that it is affordable! Do not miss the opportunity to meet Francesca and her lovely steph. Soon enough they’ll open a spa on site , so stay tuned.

In the Burlamacchi Villas my wife and I spent two of the most serene, restful and enjoyable weekly vacations of our lives. We enjoyed both our stays in this charming resort where we always felt at home - but in a luxurious way! A truly magical place that allowed us to enjoy fresh air in the middle of a scorching hot summer: each day we could choose whether we'd just chill out by the pool, go for a hike in the mountains around... or even walk down to the village for a gelato or a pizza. We came back as soon as we could and we definitely are going to be back for more!

Perfect vacation villa for a 20-30 person group. Beautiful, elegant & classy - pampering in every way. The staff were perfect hosts. Highly recommend!

Siamo stati benissimo nel nostro soggiorno alla Villa. Luogo meraviglioso, arredamento curato nei dettagli, personale gentilissimo. Colazioni e cene buonissime, non banali e con prodotti di qualità. Complimenti ad Attilio (lo chef) e a tutto lo staff della Villa!

Dies ist eine wirklich gute Unterkunft, die meine Frau und ich empfehlen können. Nach einer schlechten Erfahrung auf unserer Rundreise durch die Toskana haben wir uns hier noch einmal ein paar Tage erholt.

Top restaurierter Altbau mit schönen Zimmern, exquisiter Ausstattung, nicht wie in vielen anderen alten Villen in der Toskana, die oft feucht oder technisch im schlechten Zustand sind.
Schöne neue Pool-Anlage mit Bar zur Selbstbedienung. Der gepflegte Garten läd zum Sitzen ein. Mückenspray sollte man dabei haben.

Die Wirtin und Managerin Francesca sieht nach dem Rechten, Veronica zaubert prima Frühstück, inkl. Cappuccino vom Feinsten und frischem Spiegelei. Abends kann man sich von Altior bekochen lassen, der kocht wie Mama Italia herself. Aliandro als Somelier bringt und erklärt Speisen und Weine. 4 Gänge für etwa 40 Euro pro Kopf mit einer Flasche sehr guten Roten fanden wir völlig in Ordnung. Man kann auch weniger bestellen und Speisen teilen, was sich lohnt, weil alles sehr lecker schmeckt.

Das Anwesen liegt schön am Berg, der Sonne zugewandt, mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die bewaldeten Hügel. Man wird umsorgt und fühlt sich wohl.
Daher meine sehr gute Bewertung.

Il nostro soggiorno da Burlamacchi Villas è stato semplicemente unico. Francesca e Attilio ci hanno accolto come una famiglia, facendoci sentire da subito a casa in quella che è una delle ville più belle in toscana! La camera era assolutamente perfetta: dalla pulizia al gusto dell’arredamento. Non ci è mancato niente, e la colazione è tra le migliori mai provate. Torneremo sicuramente!

Our stay at Burlamacchi Villas has been simply unique. Francesca and Attilio welcomed us like part of their family, making us comfortable right away in one of tuscany’s prettiest villa! The room was absolutely perfect: from cleaning to taste of furniture. Nothing was missing, and the breakfast is one of the best by far. We’ll come back for sure!

Bellissimo soggiorno, due ville arredate con un gusto unico, camere curatissime e ottimo cibo. Bellissimi gli spazi comuni con un giardino stupendo e una piscina a sfioro. Più di tutto però, l’unicità dei proprietari di farci sentire a casa nostra, come mai ho visto prima, offrendo davvero un’esperienza di puro relax. Bravissimi

Vivere questi spazi è un’esperienza che va oltre una vacanza. L’eleganza e la raffinatezza dei dettagli sanno fondersi con quell’autenticità semplice e vera tipica italiana, Toscana, regalando sì un super luxury comfort ma da godere in super easytudine come fosse casa tua. Francesca e il personale sono accoglienti e disponibili: ho goduto di un tempo lento e degustato tutto il territorio intorno alla proprietà che offre tantissime possibilità tra cultura, sport e natura. Insomma…non manca nulla!!! Tornerò presto.

Diese Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln! Leider kann man nur fünf Sterne vergeben, aber dieser Platz hätte noch mehr verdient! Danke Francesca +Team für dieses Juwel!

Trascorrere una vacanza a Bagni di Lucca è un'esperienza da fare. Pace e tranquillità, bellezza dei suoi luoghi e della natura. La casa Burlamacchi è un prezioso valore aggiunto, elegantissima e ospitale; è un'oasi verde e rosa "fuori dal mondo" ma comodissima, a pochi minuti dal paese. E l'ospitalità dei proprietari è squisita, garbata e discreta. Assolutamente consigliabile.

Estadia maravilhosa! Estive em julho de 2021 com a minha família e passamos dias muito agradáveis. A estrutura é linda, a casa ampla, limpa e muito confortável , com móveis e objetos de decoração de qualidade e muito bom gosto. A área externa, com magnífico jardim, é muito bonita. Gostei tanto que certamente voltarei outras vezes!

Sono stato nella Villa l'estate scorsa, approfittando di tutto quello che poteva offrire: luogo in sé, gusto nell'arredamento del giardino e degli interni, relax, cucina, compagnia, piscina, base per il turismo nei dintorni.
5 stelle strameritate.
