Food was amazing. The place is really cute and the service perfect. Would totally recommend to anyone visiting Viterbo.

Great authentic etrusc restaurant. The fire place inside makes it warm and cosy. Food is absolutely amazing. The best thing is the option to get a few soup and/or appetisers dishes (eg. 4 dishes of soup instead of one kind only).

Specialised in soup... try all four at once nice serving at a very good price...i even came back at dinner for more... Great for a Pilgrim's lunch.. I came in late for lunch but, very kindly, was accepted by the ouners if i had just soup which was really great... Close to the near by historic centre... friendly atmosphere and fresh and selected ingredients in their meals. I suggest you place a reservation. Highly suggested :-)

Vantage and cosy place ♥ Appetizers were so tasty, and soup is a must to try there. Portions were quite perfect, and you can choose between indoors or outdoors among some small trees and flowers..

Very cozy, effortless vibe. Amazing research behind every single dish and selection of local ingredients. Soups are a must. Amazing food overall.

Great food and service. A little hard to find... Just Google it and ask along the way. Dolce is home made and maybe the best part of the meal.

Perfect food atmosphere & service

Ristorante semplice con tavoli all'aperto all'interno di un cortile. Personale gentile e veloce. Abbiamo preso una crema di pecorino e miele e le fettuccine all'uccelletto pazzo, molto buone. Molto buono anche il vino bianco della casa. Buono ma non eccezionale l'arrosto.

Luogo informale con cortile giardino esterno.
Piatti ottimi, con gran finale di dessert e vino aromatizzato accompagnato da dolcetti.

Uno dei migliori locali della zona. Prezzi medio alti, ma coerenti con gli aumenti generali delle materie prime. Una zuppa, un primo, un secondo, una crema di pecorino, mezzo litro di vino e liquore €68. Eravamo in vacanza in zona, se dovessimo tornare nel Viterbese verremo a mangiare di nuovo qui.

Locale con menù con poche opzioni ma genuine (cosa che personalmente preferisco rispetto a quei menù di 20 pagine con tutto surgelato). Personale gentilissimo, servizio veloce. Location caratteristica e verace. Ottime le zuppe, il primo e anche il dolce (biscotti e vino).
Consigliato anche per vegani e vegetariani.

Siamo stati nella Tuscia per Le giornate del FAI d'autunno. Abbiamo dormito nel cuore della Viterbo medievale e cercavamo un posto dove, anche attraverso il cibo, potevamo immergerci nella cultura del luogo. Bene, così è stato!
Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione che prevedeva dall'antipasto al dolce. Eravamo un gruppo di 25 persone, tutte donne, e anche un po' indisciplinate! Ma i gestori sono stati pazienti e con un servizio garbato e gentile hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste.
Nei piatti abbiamo ritrovato la tradizione dalle creme ai fegatini, sono maestri nel prepararle, alle zuppe di legumi e verdure, i primi gustosi, i lombrichi con i fiori di finocchietto profumatissimi, al guanciale di vitello con puré di fave. Il vino della casa, che, pur non compreso, alla fine ci è stato omaggiato.
Quindi è un luogo assolutamente da consigliare.

Location molto particolare, in una chiostrina molto caratteristica, si respira aria buona, con servizio eccellente, i piatti tutti buonissimi, dagli antipasti ai dolci, ho potuto assaggiare quasi tutto essendoci entrato più volte... vale la oena farci un salto...
