this is genuinely the best stay i've ever had at a hotel, whether chain or boutique. from the moment we arrived, the family and staff were nothing but helpful and thoughtful, going the extra mile to make sure that our stay and plans went smoothly and pleasantly. it might be a small hotel, but the service and amenities would match and i daresay, their service, have been much better than any five/four star hotel i've stayed at

What a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff and extremely helpful. Our ferry was delayed to Toulon and with traffic we arrived at 05:00 am. The owner was still there to welcome us with a smile. We stay here every year on the way to lake Como. Its really is a special part of our holiday experience.

This is a very small boutique hotel with very limited rooms, converted from a house. They retained some of the nostalgic original feels and infused with a modern twist. Feels like living in someone beautiful home.
Fantastic location just beside the outlet mall. About 10 minutes walk to the shopping area.

I think it’s one of the best hotel I have ever been. It has only 6 rooms , that makes it very special and cozy. I was so impressed by the interior and atmosphere of this place.

I also want to highlight all the staff that works here, very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Last but not least, the hotel has an amazing restaurant inside. Good prices, variety of choice and really delicious food. I will come back soon !

Great location for the shopping, great secure pease of mind parking, exceptional rooms with great Aircon, and the food was amazing and amazing hosts to boot !

I come in Serravalle for work since 2020 and I tried many restaurants. This is way ahead of any other, SO GOOD!
