TDS Noleggio Auto Scooter Bici Furgoni e Auto per Cerimonia senza carta di credito a Custonaci

We had a terrible experience with this car rental company. We were totally scammed!! We booked 2 cars online and specifically chose the automatic gear box and the Full Casko. We paid the 150€ for each car online and the rest of the price (253€) in the office. After paying the 253€ we were told, that they don’t have automatic cars and we could not understand how this could be possible when we paid for an automatic car. After the woman in the office discussed the situation with her colleague we waited around for 2 hours. She could not speak any English however at the end we agreed to take the stick shift car. The next problem came up, they told us the car has no full Casko for which we selected as well when booking! We were willing to pay extra only so we can take the cars but they gave us the double price for the Casko. It was unbelievable. At the end we were ready to pay and they just cancelled the reservation…just like that. We were left with no cars, far from our hotel and no public transport to get us there. The company could not tell us if and when they can return the money! Please stay away from these people, they are complete liars!

Total SCAM! We were robbed and left with no car and not a full refund even thought they canceled our booking! Terrible! Don't use their cars and services

Abbiamo noleggiato auto a Palermo, ricevuto conferma scritta con importo. Mentre eravamo in volo, quindi impossibilitati a controllare il cellulare, ci hanno inviato mail di conferma con importo maggiorato. Arrivati in aeroporto, dopo le 23,00, abbiamo preso il trasferimento e, al momento del ritiro, abbiamo fatto rimostranze chiedendo spiegazioni sul nuovo costo. Chi stava consegnando l'auto era un semplice posteggiatore, non facente parte della TDS. Abbiamo contattato telefonicamente la società; chi ha risposto, ci ha detto che se non avessimo ritirato l'auto, loro avrebbero trattenuto l'acconto. A quel punto, abbiamo dovuto prendere quell'auto, in pessime condizioni. Sconsiglio vivamente di avvalersi dei loro servizi, non sono assolutamente seri.
