Komo Wine House

A surprising new discovery in Como, what a great wine and champagne bar, even small snacks, cheese and great ham are conjured up by Ricardo and his team. Wonderfully designed meeting place on 2 floors in the middle of the old town, close to the harbor. I'm sorry that I didn't take any pictures of the great interior, but Ricardo fascinated us with his expertise and captivated us with a great selection in the bottle as well as by the glass. Luckily I was still able to photograph our selection!!! I can only recommend it, please visit and enjoy. Ricardo speaks perfect English, which makes some explanations easier. 🍾🥂

Amazing Spontaneous Visit to Komo Winehouse in Como

We stumbled upon Komo Winehouse during a stroll in Como, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Riccardo, the head sommelier, is incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating stories about his wine journey across the world. The selection of wines was impressive, with something for every palate. Riccardo’s passion and expertise made our visit truly special. If you’re in Como, this place is definitely worth a visit for any wine lover!

Super friendly and cheerful. Unlike a mass wine bar where the places are already full. I would recommend if you want to have a great experience about wine. Though their wine by glass are more pricy than other places in town, they are well selected and i am impressed with all the choice they have choose for me.

My husband and I came across this hidden gem for a glass of wine and loved it so much that we came back the next day for a full tasting! Riccardo (the somm) was super friendly and knowledgeable about wine which made the experience really fun. The space is also built out beautifully with special details such as cork- inspired bar stools. A special place!!

We had a great experience at Wine House Komo. The wine tasting had an amazing set of unique niche wines. Riccardo is very knowledgeable, cordial and friendly with experience from around the world. The collection of wine is excellent with a low key atmosphere.

I really love this place! It is sophisticated and charming. The wine on offer is out of this world and the service is impeccable. Riccardo is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to wine. I can't wait to return. Also the location is perfect for all tourists.

Our group was in Como for 3 nights and everyday we stopped at the wine bar. Riccardo was an excellent friendly host with fantastic wine knowledge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even arranged a custom dinner in the wine house which the whole group raved about. Very highly recommended
