Friendly staff, terrific food - kudos to the entire team running this place! Little hidden spot in a beautiful square right in the centre of the village. Hidden gem if I may say so! Great selection of local beers as well as wines. Felt like a personal dining experience in a medieval Italian hillside town. Definitely recommended!

The village itself (Monte Castello di Vibio) is also worth checking out - one of the most beautiful hillside towns I’ve seen in the region (and even in Italy), extremely charming, quaint and quiet!

This is what you get when you take the classic trattoria experience (friendly staff that remember you, comfort food with quality ingredients, good local wine) and give it just a little twist. The plating is a little more exquisite, there is a little bit of (very effective!) innovation, and there are little pleasurable surprises here and there, all the while retaining the friendly atmosphere, and the charm.
Basically, this is a very happy-making place!

This is a delightful find in a small town. The food and service are impeccable. We stopped in for a quick lunch and stayed for more than 2 hours enjoying everything they offered.

Excellent restaurant. Traditional Umbrian in inspiration, but prepared with a sophisticated touch. The dishes we had were made with high quality ingredients. The wine list seems to have been carefully selected and the two wines we had were good. Service was friendly.

Vegetarian option , had this several times, really enjoy the change.

3 Gänge mit Mineralwasser.. Wein und Amaro EUR 54.

Fleisch war auf den Punkt gebraten wie bestellt! Wunderschön angerichtet.

Cena all'aperto nella suggestiva piazzetta di Montecastello di Vibio, dove abbiamo apprezzato piatti originali e ben preparati dalla chef.
Abbiamo assaggiato antipasti a base di carne o verdure, primi ( risotto superlativo) , dolci freschissimi e ben impiattati .
Il titolare è veramente cordiale e attento a soddisfare i clienti.
Il locale è adiacente al celebre piccolo teatro dell Concordia, noto per essere il teatro più piccolo del mondo - una vera chicca!
Ristorante consigliatissimo con giusto rapporto qualità- prezzo.

Sapori umbri in una location medievale, staff professionale ma che ti fa sentire come un famiglia. Assolutamente da provare!

Il locale oggi ha cambiato nome si chiama Adagio e credo anche gestione.Un locale molto bello in un luogo d'altri tempi un piccolo borgo ricco di storia e con una suggestione tutta sua.Il locale si trova nella piazza del paese gestito da due sorelle molto simpatiche e disponibili.Abbiamo cenato gustando piatti
locali preparati con materie prime di gran qualità.Suggerisco di prenotare sempre perché se si vuole cenare all'aperto i posti non sono molti.Mi sento di consigliare il cinghiale a mio avviso buonissimo.Non mancano certamente i vini della zona ottimo abbinamento ai piatti.Provatelo.

Che sorpresa! In un incantevole paesino si può mangiare in un locale moderno che usa prodotti locali per offrire un menù di piatti ben fatti, con ottimi ingredienti e spunti creativi. Da provare!

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Il cibo è più che ottimo, l'atmosfera è intima, ma allo stesso tempo ci si sente coccolati; un'esperienza da ripetere!

Bel locale, gentilissimo il px di sala.Ben impiattato,ben presentato, buono l antipasto cotto crudo stagionato migliorerei l abbacchio scottadito....il resto buonissimo .....i dolciiii rotolo : crema fragole e basilico sublimeeeee .Da Roma ma prestissimo saremo vostri ospiti..,.!!!!!
