Fair prices, good service, friendly staff. Quick shuttle to the rental place and a shuttle back to the airport. Panda served us well, had only 16.000km.

Had a perfect experience with renting two Fiat Pandas for a week. The team there was friendly, helpful and efficient! A special thank you to Claudia, who went above and beyond for us!

Car was in perfect condition and there were no extra hidden fees when I got to the counter. They are very strict with their damage policy and any minor scratch can be charged so a very detailed evaluation of the car you are getting, must be done before you pick it. I saw some tire damage in my "first car" so they gave me another one. Another frustrating thing was having to get and International license sine my American drivers license was not accepted. This is a 10min process you do online but it was an extra 50dollars.
Anyways, considering the quality of the service overall, totally worth it!

Personalmente ho avuto un esperienza senza sbavature. Dovendo arrivare in aereoporto alle 4 del mattino ho cercato un qualsiasi tipo di servizio che mi portasse in aereoporto (poco meno di 20 km di strada), prezzo minimo 55 €. Allora ho deciso di noleggiare un auto, prenotandola sul loro sito. Rent Smart si appoggia a Parkingo, offrono un servizio navetta da/per l'aeroporto gratuita 24 or su 24, 7 giorni su 7. Appena arrivata in aereoporto li ho chiamati, in 10 minuti eravamo in parcheggio (pur dovendo aspettare una seconda navetta perché la prima era piena). In 15 minuti abbiamo firmato il contratto etc, ho noleggiato l'auto per meno di 3€, aggiunto la copertura premium per 29.90, una sorta di kasko. Mi è stata data una panda, non pulitissima ma chi se ne frega!! Ho comunque risparmiato rispetto taxy e avevo la macchina per muovermi durante la giornata. Ho incontrato persone molto disponibili, abituate al lavoro no stop, veloci e molto ben organizzate. La mattina seguente ho consegnato le chiavi in parcheggio (gli uffici erano chiusi) e in 5 minuti ero in aereoporto.
Le uniche cose da tenere conto sono che si noleggia con solo con carta di credito e che (con la copertura Premium) viene chiesto un deposito di 100€, che mi è stato sbloccato il giorno successivo alla riconsegna.
Economico, veloce, semplice. Perfetto!!

Prima verhuurmaatschappij, shuttlebus welke binnen 10 min ons op kwam halen op vliegveld Malpensa. Type Auto welke gehuurd was kregen wij ook. De beschadigingen welke bij aanvang op de auto zaten werden (na eigen inspectie) goed vastgelegd.

Diverse recensies maakten mij wat zenuwachtig, maar bij inleveren volgde er een normale inspectie, zonder gekkigheid. Genoeg shuttlebus aanwezig om ons terug te brengen waardoor we niet hoefde te wachten.

Tutto perfetto, esperienza di noleggio top anche se avevo richiesto una Alfa Romeo Tonale (veicolo non disponibile), il veicolo offertomi era una gran bella vettura, Kia Sportage nuova di zecca.

Correggo la mia recensione da 1 stella che ho espresso dopo aver avuto un disguido per un addebito che mi fu fatto arbitrariamente. Ma ho dovuto ricredermi perché l'azienda ha capito di avere sbagliato e mi hanno rimborsato completamente l'importo.
Ringrazio tutti gli addetti e confermo quindi che potete fidarvi del loro servizio.
Ma non fate come me: controllate sempre bene lo stato della vettura al momento del ritiro.
