Joyrent Milan Malpensa

Good experience with this car rental company. Good to know the car is at King parking 10 minutes from malpensa airport and the shuttle from King parking collects you after calling to joyrent desk when you're at gate 16 second floor in the departure area. It takes around 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Fast return of car and shuttle strarts immediately from King parking 100 m from joyrent desk after car return, even when the only passenger. I saw three shuttles available. Be aware that without insurance taken, the caution on the creditcard is 1700 euro.

It was hard to chose a car company for my trip to Milan because they all actually have bad reviews (I then realise that most people just like to talk about their bad experiences)

Finally I decided to rent with JoyRent because the price was really good and APPARENTLY their only problem is that they’re not located inside the airport.

I was scared since the beginning because I didn’t know what to expect after all the bad comments, but If you’re a conscious driver you shouldn’t have any problem at all..

1) You HAVE TO call them at moment of the arriving so they can send the shuttle
2) The front desk personnel is OK, nothing special, just doing their job
3) The car was perfect, clean and everything worked
4) When I gave the car back they checked it with me and everything was OK, so no extra charges

A little advice: Take some pictures of the car before and after the rental just in case!

Nothing else to say, I just recommend them if you know how to take care of your own car!

Easy stress free rental, handover procedure if a little more faff than other rental agencies but everything was fine, no unexpected charges. Car was basic with no USB charging points, but cannot be faulted for the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful, quick delivery of the car. The Fiat 500 was like new and in very good condition. I got an automatic car that I did not order (knowingly), but I could handle it.

Reasonable price, wide selection of vehicles, new vehicle sometimes, only not out of the airport. Friendly staff, attentive and helpful. Before deliver, make sure fill up fuel tank at the nearest station, which is only few km away, but not in Google.

Noleggiamo spesso l'auto con loro perché danno sempre il secondo guidatore incluso. Sempre rapidi e disponibili. Appena chiesto di modificare l'orario di ritiro auto. 2 minuti al telefono e risolto tutto.

Wir haben für unseren Urlaub am Gardasee einen Mietwagen bei JoyRent über check24 gebucht. Buchung, Abholung und Rückgabe verliefen sehr gut.
Wir hatten ein Upgrade erhalten und einen Peugeot 2008 bekommen, leider mit ein paar Beulen was aber nicht weiter schlimm war.

Der Shuttlebus hat uns prompt vom Flughafen abgeholt und nach Rückgabe des Autos auch wieder hin gebracht.

Wir hatten Anfangs ein schlechtes Gefühl, da viele negative Bewertungen von dem Unternehmen im Internet zu finden waren. Wir können keine der schlechten Bewertungen nachvollziehen. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Weitere Versicherungen wurden uns angeboten, die wir dankend abgelehnt haben, was dann auch so hingenommen wurde.

Alles in allem würden wir wieder hier buchen.

They picked up the call nicely when I arrived at the airport to ask them shuttle bus. Around in 10 min after i called them, shuttle bus arrived to the meeting point(departure floor, gate 16). But shuttle bus is not showing Joyrent but King's parking. It took about 10min from airport to the office.
Even though I was late on the reserved time, they happily arranged the rent car as booked. I arrived at 9PM. It was late night but they still worked nicely. The staff was very nice and good english speaker. She instructed me well how to use the stick of the car which was little bit different with normal automatic tool. Returning also was very smooth. Shuttle bus returning to airport was arranged immediately.

익스피디아를 통해 예약했으며 가격도 매우 저렴했다. 수하물 문제가 있어 픽업시간에 맞춰 가지 못할거 같아 미리 늦는다고 전화를 했고 예약시간보다 한시간 후에 가게 되었다. 사무실에 전화를 하면 영어로 잘 응대해 주었고 친절했다.
셔틀버스를 보내달라고 전화를 한 후 10분이내에 셔틀버스가 왔다. 터미널 1으로 오는 셔틀버스는 departure 층 16번 게이트 앞으로 왔다. 버스에 joyrent라고 써져있을 줄 알았는데 King's parking 으로 표기되어 있었다. 어떤 다른분이 렌트셔틀이냐고 물어보길래 joyrent라고 답하는 걸 듣고 나도 타게 되었다. 하마터면 joyrent차량만 기다리다 못탈뻔했다. office에 도착해서 서류를 접수하는데, 익스피디아에서 자차보험까지 모두 들었으나, 자가 부담금이 있는 보험이라, 자가 부담금 0원인 보험을 들겠냐고 해서 추가로 들었다. 1일 36유로 정도였다. 익스피디아에서 워낙 싸게 렌트를 했어서 추가 보험을 기꺼이 들었다. 차량을 받고 보니 오토로 예약을했는데 스틱이 메뉴얼 같이 생겨 물어보니,, 오토 차량이 맞단다. 한국에서 쓰던 오토스틱과는 달라서 사용법을 물어보았다. 직원이 친절히 알려주었다. 어려운것도 없었다. D가 A로 표기될 뿐 다른건 없었다.. 리턴할때도 문제없이 빨리 처리를 해주었고, 공항으로 가는 셔틀차량도 올때와 같이 바로 어랜지 되어 있었다.
이태리에서 처음 렌트를 하는 거라 문제가 생기고 일처리가 잘 되지 않을까봐 걱정했지만, joyrent는 유럽의 렌트업체 치고는(?) 예약된 바와 동일하게 빠르게 잘 처리해주는 것 같아 매우 만족스러웠다.

Personale molto cortese e veloce nel consegnare l'auto. Sono rimasto molto contento dall'auto che mi hanno dato, nuova e molto accessoriata. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottima.
