Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very kind and courteous employees. Our flight was delayed significantly, and they handled it well. We watched others on our flight have issues through other rental companies, so even though it was hard to get ahold of someone on the phone, we were still very grateful to have chosen to rent here.

Very impressed with the quick and professional service of this team! The directions to the counter and car were straight forward, no long wait lines and no issues!! Would definitely rent from them again. Thanks for the smooth pickup and return!

Helpful and friendly staff, clean cars and easy rental amd drop off process.

I rented a car from Enterprise at Malpensa. It was very easy to get our car and the desk staff was very polite and helpful. Our car was in great condition as well, only 15k kilometers on it and it was very clean. We took a road trip and returned it in Naples, so I can't speak to the Malpensa return experience.

I had a very good service. All staff really helpful. When my flight was diverted from Milan to Bologna they even managed to give me the option of transferring my pickup and contract. In the end this was not needed but they did everything they could to help. Thx Enterprise Milano and Bologna!!

Il disbrigo delle pratiche velocissimo anche grazie al ragazzo al banco che si è ricordato la procedura per il pagamento con carta di un circuito straniero che avevo fatto 5 mesi fa! Bravo! Macchina ottima, nessun problema. Rientro fuori orario mettendo solo la chiave nella cassetta. Prenoterò ancora qui!

Deserve a good score as they helped me out of a fix - with an iffy car at some cost. But it got me where I wanted to go. The fix was that Goldcar gave me Really awful service. Arrived early but they wanted us to wait 2 hours for pickup then told us that we had to bring the car back unreasonably early. They blamed it on rental cars.com and they were probably right. Anyway they ‘stole’ my deposit and I went next door and rented immediately from nice enterprise!

Be aware you are NOT renting from Enterprise, you are renting from a different company with a completely different lower set of standards than enterprise. Any kind of damage is charged €70, PLUS the damage charge itself. Had a tiny scratch and dent smaller than 3cm and charged €400 for that. We all know it doesn't cost that much to fix this damage. The excess is excessively high so unless you completely write off a vehicle, you will be paying for everything. The worst part is they won't even repair the damage, they will just take your money and leave it. Scam.

Worst service ever to book in more than 50 min waiting time and other 20min for paper work... better Goldcar opposite no que clients processed straight away i hope car its ok and retuning to be better process
