MINERVA GUEST HOUSE

We thought it was somewhere else when we booked. Upon arrival in the city, we realized right away that the hotel we thought we were going to was called something else.
So we had to walk around the area to find our rooms. After a few rounds and not finding the name anywhere, we started asking around, to no avail!
I should mention that this is a “smart” hotel and after you check in online, you get a link to a website with two buttons that open the doors for you. Cool, right?
So we decided to stand on the pinpoint that was sent to us and try the website. To our surprise, the door to a very general building, with no specific signs, opened and we went in.
Lost and confused we stopped a lady who was walking towards the elevator and asked her about the rooms. She had no idea. So we decided to go to the floor mentioned in the address.
On that floor we saw two doors and on one of them there was a sign that said “Minerva Rooms”. Again, with the buttons in the website we opened the door and went in.
This is where everything changed. A very nice hallway with three doors. One for the kitchen, the other two for the two rooms one of which was ours to stay at. A very nice and clean kitchen, with two tables ready for breakfast tomorrow, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need for a nice breakfast together with lots of sunlight from the large window.
The room was comparatively large, with a double bed in the middle and ample space around it, a nice desk, TV, fridge and nightstands. The decor was beautiful and modern, with well matched colors.
The whole place was extremely clean, new and shiny. The confusion from before created a magnificent contrast with the beauty of the room, which put me in awe and made me want to write down this review on the spot.
We had an amazing stay there for a few days, and literally said goodbye to the room when we left.
An amazing thing about the whole experience was that we didn’t have to talk to anyone. We opened the doors from our phone, and closed them behind us when we left. Simple as that.
Although, the person who gave us the codes and instructions kept checking in on us (through text) to make sure everything was to our liking.
It was an amazing experience and I hope stuff like that happen more often. Thanks for the great rooms, and keep it amazing. (A sign on the door wouldn’t hurt though)

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie due giorni fa, trattasi di struttura da consigliare sotto ogni punto di vista. Posizione, pulizia, organizzazione, funzionale con garage vicino alla struttura. Devo fare un sentito ringraziamento al sig. Pietro, ho apprezzato molto la sua cortesia e disponibilità. Ringrazio anche la collaboratrice del sig. Pietro, Silvia anch'essa disponibile e educata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il sistema di colazione in autonomia. È molto bello che il cliente riesca a fare colazione quando vuole e come vuole, soprattutto avendo a disposizione una vasta scelta di prodotti.....
Allora alla fine che dire, Pietro continui così. .....

Ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione, 2 camere ognuna col proprio bagno, in appartamento moderno silenzioso e molto pulito. Colazione molto abbondante con uso facile di forno a microonde per scaldare latte o acqua e ottima macchinetta del caffè. Proprietario Sig. Pietro e la sua preziosa collaboratrice, sig.ra Silvia molto gentili e disponibili.ASSOLUTAMENTE DA CONSIGLIARE! 👍👍

Esperienza eccellente da tutti i punti di vista. B&B a due passi dal centro e dalla Stazione dei treni e delle linee bus. Camera con bagno riservato spaziosa e pulitissima. Colazione standard e in più a disposizione muffins spettacolari fatti dalla proprietà. La proprietà è garbatamente presente e disponibile per ogni evenienza. 5 stelle!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte ,Pietro il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile preoccupandosi di come stava andando il soggiorno, e cosa dire delle camera ?? Pulita e profumata con tutti i confort che si possono desiderare curata nei minimi dettagli....colazione self con svariate proposte tutto davvero 😋 squisito,ci ritorneremo di sicuro con i bambini ...Grazie mille Pietro...un abbraccio dalla Toscana ! Fantástico apartamento, todo nuevo, con buenas duchas y buenas camas. Perfecto si vais 4 personas y la ocupáis entera.
La tarta de la dueña para desayunar es impresionante.

Trovarsi come a casa propria, è una sensazione che ristora alle stanchezze del viaggio. Pulizia, comfort, ottima colazione con muffin e crostate homemade, disponibilità dell’ host e logistica particolarmente comoda. Fortemente consigliato

Очень симпатичный городок, много сохранилось построек 14,15 веков,здание университета.много магазинчиков итальянских брендов,относительно не дорогих.
Были 2 дня проездом,понравилось!
