Gelateria: Livia Il Gelato Naturale

Nice and clean gelateria where you can really taste the high quality and different ingredients used (not mostly cream and sugar). A menu which changes with the season to ensure quality and variety.
We were lucky that Gelatointour was also taking place with some unique savory flavours: castelmagno, peperoni and cipolla.
Can really recommend their Salutezze (chocolate, rhum and merengue), as well as their sorbets (Mango and Uva). I doubt you could go wrong with any of their other flavours, wished we would have stayed longer in Saluzzo to have tried them all!

Today we visited Livia's gelateria for the second time this year. We tasted five types of ice cream – every taste was WONDERFUL. Livia is a warm-hearted and patient person who taught me wonderful things about local products (e.g. Ramassin grape).
Furthermore, her German language skills are excellent. When I return to Piedmont I will certainly make a stopover at Livia's gelateria.

This place is a must for gelato lovers! The owner prepares the ice cream with high quality ingredients and dedication which ends up in a superb gelato 🤤💯👌🏽

It is a fantastic place to eat ice cream, drink coffee and enjoy the special recipes. When we visit Italy it's a must for us to come here.

Excellent gelato, freshly made in-house. Great vegan options, including chocolate, almond, and five or six fruit flavors. The fruit flavors were especially good, made with fresh fruit.

Excellente découverte. On comprend rapidement pourquoi il a la réputation d’être le meilleur glacier de Saluzzo.
Un accueil chaleureux, des produits de qualité et un savoir faire incroyable qui se sent dans le goût incroyable des glaces servies ! Un régal.

Ottima gelateria con gusti ricercati, particolari e piacevoli. I sapori sono decisi e ben definiti, si tratta di gelato di alta qualità. Ottimo anche il cookies con gocce di cioccolato. Il gelataio mi ha servito il gusto stracciatella al posto di peanut, ma non importa, era molto buono e l'ho divorato comunque 😀

Si je pouvais y aller tous les jours je le ferai, accueil chaleureux, ambiance sympa et que dire des gelato, une merveille, de nombreuses saveurs, naturelles, des produits de très bonnes qualité, ça se sent et tout ça pour un prix plus que raisonnable.

A detta di molti il miglior gelato di Saluzzo... Probabilmente hanno ragione! Ultima esperienza: Lampone (senza latte ma molto cremoso, saporito, una sorpresa), Profumo di Sicilia (cassata con aggiunta di scaglie di cioccolato e pistacchi, una BOMBA). Cono/coppetta 2 gusti a 3 Euro, con una quantità piuttosto generosa di gelato. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

Un "luogo delle meraviglie"...pura passione dedizione... artigianalità...
La cura nella ricerca della materia prima ma soprattutto la cura nel creare un prodotto...il gelato...con la G maiuscola.
Per farvi capire...ho assaggiato quando era presente "mela al profumo di rosa"...sono stata catapultata nel passato quando mia madre "grattugiava" la mela...il gusto medesimo...in bocca...ma nel naso è salito il profumo intenso dolce e corposo della rosa...che ricorda quella presnte nel mio giardino.
Non è solo un gelato è un TRIPUDIO DI EMOZIONI tutte le volte!

Diversi gusti vegan, oltre ai classici della frutta. Gusti molto particolari nella versione vegan (io ho assaggiato massa di cacao BUONISSIMA e mandorla con acqua di agrumi veramente rinfrescante!)
Assolutamente una gelateria che vale la pena provare, se passate da Saluzzo o se andate all'Abbazia di Staffarda come abbiamo fatto noi.

Super accueil, la femme à la vente parle français, elle a su nous aiguiller dans nos choix. La personne qui fait les glaces à pu nous parler de ses créations. Je recommande ++++

Un gelato pazzesco, con un sapore di latte mai sentito prima. Si sente che è un prodotto genuino, fatto con consapevolezza e amore. Consigliatissimo il pistacchio, mi ha davvero stupita.

Uno dei gelati più buoni mai mangiati! Dovete assolutamente assaggiare il gusto "Drago Nero", non ve ne pentirete.

Gelato buonissimo, soprattutto per me che sono intollerante al lattosio 😁

Prodotti di qualità e passione fanno sì che il gelato di Livia sia uno dei migliori che per ora ho assaggiato. Ho provato un cono e poi altri gusti in coppetta, sublime! Prossima volta propongo il giro/gelato 😅
