Nui Restaurant

This was exceptional dining experience at Nui. From the moment you step in, the welcome and the dining experience that follows is attentive and beautifully curated. The cocktails were excellent and wine was lovely, even if rather pricey for local Sicilian wine, but seems to be the case across the island.

Every dish was well cooked and beautifully presented, and tasted just as well as it looked. It wasn’t so busy when I was there but the ambience and was calm and beautiful, with the restaurant overlooking the bay.

It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to others visiting Taormina, even if a little pricy.

Excellent food in a super charming and beautiful setting. We had dinner under the stars to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the ambiance was just perfect. We had live music on a Wednesday night that made the whole experience magnificent and memorable.

Nui is definitely worth it!

We ate here four times - two fabulous dinners and two luxurious lunches; we were staying in the hotel as a family of 5.
The food and service here is first class. Every dish we had was good but the fresh fish (served 3 different ways on request) and grilled beef were superb. The pasta, extras and side dishes were all also very good.
In terms on timing and service, the Nui was faultless which is not easy with some of the family having just primi pasta or antipasto.
The atmosphere is also lovely at night with the roof retracted so you feel like you’re eating under the stars with a flawless view of the bay.
This is not a cheap restaurant with wine is marked up by 200% and expect a bill of around 70-100 euros per head for dinner if you eat and drink freely. Lunch maybe two thirds of that.
The choice of Sicilian cuisine and wines is also very good.
We had some very special evenings here and enjoyed the food, wine, service and ambience. Worth a trip even if you are not staying at the gorgeous Atlantis Bay.

This restaurant is fabulous, fantastic location, scenery and atmosphere. Was absolutely blown away by the service and food quality and taste!!! The maître Orazio suggested excellent dishes, Sanny & Giovanni were super delightful, I could not thank them enough for an experience I will never forget. Felt like I was having a degustation. Hands down one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Food was phenomenal, thank you!!

Stunning views. Recommend arriving earlier and start with a cocktail while the sun sets. Soooo pretty. Dont go here if you want a cheaper meal. Great service, food and wine. Definetely recommend to others.

Headed here for dinner on our first night and it really set the tone for the whole trip to Sicily. The food was great but the stand out was the service & atmosphere. Live music and the attentive waiters made this restaurant an unmissable one in my eyes!

One thing to be mentioned before the review. If you are someone who wants a cheap dinner, this is not for you. It's by definition a fine dining restaurant, therefore any other reviews complaining about the price are invalid.

All together we had a very pleasent dining experience. The quality of the food was amazing and the combinations of taste were also very well thought through.
The restaurant offers also nice view of the sea and the nearby rocky islands.

It is not that easy to find the restaurant though, go to the Reception of the Resort Atlantis and ask them to lead you to the restaurant, a reservation beforehand is a wise choice too.

Mein Besuch im Restaurant Nui Im Atlantis VRetreat Hotel in Taormina war eine wahre Gaumenfreude. Das Essen war deliziös und der Service ausgezeichnet, was den Abend zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machte.

Das Menü bot eine beeindruckende Auswahl an frischen, saisonalen Zutaten. Wir genossen eine Vielfalt an Gerichten, darunter köstlich zubereitetes Gemüse, perfekt al dente gekochte Teigwaren, zarten Fisch und saftiges Fleisch. Jeder Gang war ein Genuss für die Sinne, harmonisch abgestimmt und meisterhaft präsentiert.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Raffinesse der Küche. Die Teigwaren waren hausgemacht und schmeckten einfach himmlisch. Der Fisch war frisch und auf den Punkt gegart, während das Fleisch butterzart und voller Geschmack war. Auch das Gemüse überzeugte durch seine Frische und die kreative Zubereitung.

Der Service im Restaurant Nui war ebenso beeindruckend. Das Personal war äusserst aufmerksam, freundlich und kompetent, was zur entspannten und luxuriösen Atmosphäre des Abends beitrug. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns förmlich von den Augen abgelesen, und wir fühlten uns rundum verwöhnt.

Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist elegant und stilvoll, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf die Mermaid Bucht, die das gesamte Erlebnis perfekt abrundet. Es ist der ideale Ort für ein romantisches Abendessen oder einen besonderen Anlass.

Alles in allem kann ich das Restaurant Nui im Atlantis VRetreat Hotel von Taormina wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein Ort, an dem exzellentes Essen, erstklassiger Service und eine bezaubernde Atmosphäre aufeinandertreffen. Ein Besuch hier ist ein Muss für jeden Feinschmecker.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo fatto aperitivo e successivamente cenato al Nui, godendo della magnifica location, della qualità dei prodotti, e soprattutto della professionalità del personale. Una menzione particolare va sicuramente data al personale di cucina, che ci ha deliziato dall'antipasto al dolce, e ad Antonio e Salvatore, in sala, che ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. Grazie per l'esperienza magnifica. Torneremo di certo.

Nous avons déjeuner au NUI restaurant, et ce fut super. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, et attentionné. Les repas sont de bonne qualité, les prix cohérents par rapport à l’endroit. Cette vue en bord de mer est juste exceptionnelle. Ça vaut le coup !

Posto incantevole, sia il locale che la vista che offre, struttura molto preparata, personale al Top, accogliente e disponibile, molto attento ad ogni bisogno, sia dal versare un semplice bicchiere d’acqua, che dalla spiegazione di ogni portata anche complessa preparata da un Chef Eccellente. Salvatore il nostro Commis di Sala si è preso molto cura di noi essendo gentile e disponibile insomma esperienza da 10 e lode

Una serata indimenticabile in un luogo incantevole. Piatti di pesce raffinati e genuini, come il personale, garbato e simpatico. Provare per credere!
