Potter Premium Steaks

We had the pleasure to eat at Potter. The hosts were very friendly and hard working, the food was amazing and the location was surprisingly nice and relaxing even though it is at a square within buildings. As a starter we took the tartare and as our main course we had the t bone to share. The dessert is a definite recommendation, that was amazing!

One of the best meals I’ve had, and certainly the best steak! The passion that Stefano has for his craft is clear to see, and his homemade cured meats are unbelievable!! The tartare as well was exceptional, and the carpaccio just melted in your mouth.

But the main event was the T bone which I shared with a friend. It was perfectly cooked, and had that delicious aged flavour to it which is so unique. The rest of the table couldn’t resist nibbling at the bone to savour the beautiful meat.

And then dessert - we were so full but the desserts are made in house by Stefano’s lovely wife and WOW we did not regret ordering these! They were all delicious, the standout being the pistachio which was possibly the best dessert I’ve ever had!!

Please visit this restaurant if you ever get the chance. Every aspect of the meal was unbelievable, and it’s clear that a lot of love and passion has gone into the whole process.

Had the best steak tartare of my life here. A symphony of flavors that was infinitely complex, yet so simple. Hop on board the flavor shuttle and prepare for blast off. Chiara and Stefano will be sure you aren’t disappointed. Wow.

Not only is the food absolutely out of this world, but the service is phenomenal! 10s across the board. Do your tastebuds a favour and get the truffle tartare, t-bone steak, and pistachio flan.

We just did a stop on our way to Palermo and discovered this gem of a restaurant.
The owner was so polite, so welcoming, you can barely find a place like that.
He even called us back out of service times and offered to serve us despite being closed during the afternoon.

When we got there at 7:30 pm we were again greeted with such hospitality, I am still baffled!!

Now on to the food. The Tatar was AMAZING! Not too much marinade so the quality of the meat could really shine.
The main courses, again, unbelievably good and mouth watering!

If you ever pass by Capo d‘Orlando, do not miss out and eat here!!!

Maybe the best steak restaurant in Sicily. You can choose what meat you want and get the desired weight for your company to share, or just for you alone. The meat is so good that it melts on your tongue and makes you very happy. 10/10

A truly magical culinary experience from start to finish. We were welcomed by Stefano & Chiara who created the most wonderful atmsophere and the highest quality produce. Their passion was evident and Stefano took the time to advise us on each item on the menu, as well as the best drinks pairing for our choices!
The deluxe sharing platter is a labour of love and it was absolutely reflected in the taste of the home cured meats, cheese and forest fruit jam pairing.
The steaks were of course the star of the show - PERFECTLY cooked to individual tastes and we had no choice but to pick the T-bone clean.
Do not skip out on their desserts either - at this point we thought it was unlikely we’d be able to eat any more however Chiara’s home-made chocolate and pistachio flans with fondant centres were to die for. The tiramisù was irresistible and so incredibly light.
It’s rare to find such a place that serves truly delicious meals paired with first rate hospitality in the most beautiful setting. If you only get the chance to eat at one place in Capo D’Orlando - Potter is the place.

Real heart-based kitchen and service! Of course with excellent meat - eating t‘s a steak house, but the piatta de salumi e formaggi was phantastic as well! We will be back for sure. Thanks!

Lovely ambience as we sat outside. Had truffle tartare for starter and Fiorentina steak for main that was superbly cooked. Our host was the owner who made an excellent effort to explain the menu.

Siamo stati per l’evento di compleanno in 20 persone. Servizio impeccabile, tavolata bellissima, carne e contorni buonissimi - atmosfera di una festa molto accogliente con la musica piacevole. Abbiamo mangiato le fiorentine ed erano freschissime. Siamo poi tornati ad assaggiare le cotolette ed erano ugualmente buoni.
