Great customer experience and service. I visited the shop last year and this year when travelling to Taormina again. This year I entered the shop with intention of buying a coat, I ended up with many more very chique outfits from the new collection. The team in the shop actually advised me with great set of outfits, according to my body built and type, I would not be able to guess what suits me by myself. I am very happy with the result and I recommend the place for every woman that wants to have a stylish look as the ladies who are consulting are extremely helpful, very nice, discreet, have very good taste and help you match clothes with accesories. The entire shopping experience is very unique! I ended up with a suitcase full of new clothes! Can't wait for a new collection!

Oggi 22/7/23 alle 11h è stato una vergognia!!!! Sono entrata nel negozio per comprare un capotto e sono uscita le mani vuote. Prima cosa, neanche un buongiorno quando sono entrata, secondo un servizio ZÉRO ( purtroppo ogni anno compro vestiti e capoti per portare in Belgio) niente consiglio, niente aiuto per scegliere un modello, terzo : mi sono vista buttare i vestiti in faccia come se stessi disturbando!!! E una vergogna di fare lavorare persone in un negozio dove aspetti un servizio perfetto. Sono veramente delusa di quello che è successo oggi!!! Mai da tanti anni che vengo a Taormina in questo negozio, sono stata considerata cosi male.
