Stopped here for a snack, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Good quality food, the peperoni cruschi di senise are a definite must try! Lots of local delicacies for sale inside as well.

Small simple tapas menu. Bread, meats, cheeses etc. Great local produce.

"Presidio slow food" (literally, "garrison slow food"). I don't know how much this can tell you, but if ever you see such a writing outside a shop or a restaurant... well it's worth stopping and have a look! Or, better, a bite. These are places where you can find very peculiar type of food, genuinely typical, completely out of the food chain (forget about finding these things at a supermarket). We were 15, adults and kids. The type of food was good for all tastes and of such a quality you can't forget. And the wine! We had a white dry one coming from Venosa. Fantastic! We ate outside, in the little square among the white houses of Matera. Then we went inside to buy some specialities to bring them home. Because, yes, there is a shop inside.
In summary: can't miss it.

Lovely casual spot to try a meat and cheese combinations with the local Primitivo. Delicious.

Decisamente approvato! Cameriera gentile e preparata, ha saputo consigliarci sia sui panini che sul vino. Prodotti di qualità, scorcio materano che merita coi tavolini fuori. Prezzo onesto.

Una piacevole sorpresa. 5 stelle forse son tante ma abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo. Un locale semplice all'aperto, su una piazzetta splendida. Possibilità di ordinare cose fresche come un piatto di frutta e bersi delle buone birre. Peculiarità la frutta secca così come i prodotti sott'olio. Cameriera molto gentile e sorridente, alla cassa un po'più stanchi forse..

Cibi ottimi, servizio eccellente, prezzo perfettamente allineato alla qualità e alla quantità di quello che abbiamo ordinato e mangiato. Nonostante ci fossero molte persone sono venute in contro alle nostre esigenze, sono riuscito a provare i loro magnifici panini con mixando i vari salumi e formaggi tipici, cosa normalmente non consentita. Quindi lo consiglio vivamente. A due passi da piazza Vittorio.

Location situata in una delle più belle piazze di Matera. Francesco ed Imma sono due persone molto disponibili e ti accolgono con il sorriso. Vasta scelta di pietanze di ottima qualità, è piacevole sedersi all'aperto e gustarsi un ottimo drink! Top!
