Cohen Smart House

This is an amazing place to stay. We loved everything about it- the hosts are so kind and hospitable. The apartment is cosy and beautifully decorated, the coffee is divine.The beds are comfortable. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and it will stay with us for ever. I highly recommend Cohen Smart House.

It is a blessing to stay here. We were traveling with 2 small kids. Service is great, from the smooth check in to our check out. Free parking nearby, apartment is just in front of Isola Bella.

Will be difficult to stay in this area for people with buggy or on the wheelchair, because of the stairs to the building, however there much more steps down to the beach :)

A lot of places to eat next to the apartment and it is soundproof. We did not hear any noises from the street.

We have stayed in mid October. 100% recommended. We stayed in other few B&B in Sicily and it was the best place!

Cohen Smart House is idilic - as much as Taormina is.
1-st of all - the location is the best you can have - just a few steps from Mazzaro beach and Isola Bella and 100 metres from the funicular which is in every 10 minutes and goest to the center of Taormina for 2-3 minutes.
2-nd: the house has a typical Sicilian spirit - a lots of flowers, rich ornamented furniture and a spectacular view to Isola Bella (which can’t be seen even from some 4-stars hotels). And also - perfectly clear place.
The hosts are really kind and helpful, friendly and positive people. If you have any questions - they can give you best advices where to go and what deserves to be seen. And something more: in Cohen Smart House is one of the best photographers in Taormina (VanSky Studio) which is one of the best experiences for your special event or just a romantic session.
Everything for your vacation in 1 place - I really recommend you to stay in Cohen Smart House.

Paradise hostel!!!What a view, what an ambient - just incredible spot to stay at! The hostel has exceptional location facing Isola Bella and the spectacular beaches of Taormina. The center of the historical town is a short walk away , also reachable by a cable car. The accommodation is absolutely stunning with immaculate cleanliness and hand made artistic decorations. Would recommend it 100 % !!!

This hostel is amazing! Very friendly host and meet some great people in the process. You might not be in the city center but you're literally across the street from the beach and about a 2 minute walk to the fernaculer that takes you to the city center. I highly recommend this place if staying in Taromina!

Great place to stay at. The location is amazing.The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also the facility is very well kept and clean. I really enjoyed my experience at Cohen Hostel. I will definitely come back!

Amazing hostel with a great view on Isola Bella and the sea. The hostel is sparkling clean.
5 minutes walk to the cable car, which takes you to the city center. 5 minutes to Isola Bella, a beautiful island.
One thing to note is that when it is off season, most restaurants and shops near the hostel are closed.

The hostel is a tough one to find as it's located in Isola Bella Beach area not in the main part of Taormina. It's above Isola Bella cafe and the entrance is around the back about 50 meters up the stairs heading back to Taormina.

Downstairs is a larger apartment downstairs while upstairs is smaller but a more modern apartment with a better lounge area, nicer kitchen and because it's higher a better view of Isola Bella. Bathroom was better upstairs.

WiFi is hit and miss but it's free so when it works it's great!

It would be great if there was some kind of locker supplied or made available to travellers as only the private rooms get to lock their doors. Ther is a €20 refundable key deposit so have some cash with you. A really good place to stay but considering your are staying next to a 4 star hotel Panormaic Hotel that charges €99-229 a night you are getting a great deal and the same view.

It's a wonderful place to wake up to in the morning, and a reasonable nights sleep. If you are staying in the cooler months consider using their supplied blankets and sleep in a shirt as it does get a little cooler at night.

Sweet and cozy hostel in a nice location. Beautiful views and friendly and chill atmosphere. Helpful and cool staff members. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely come back.

Beautiful view! Nice and clean guesthouse, rooms with airco. 3 minutes walk to beautiful beach. Center is easy to reach with funicular.

Perfect hostel. No other way of describing it. The view is magnificent. The location is perfect and the hostess is very nice and helpfull. If you are thinking about traveling in Sicilië dont skipp this one

Perfect position. Magical view of Isola Bella. Only 2 minutes walk away from the cable car that takes you up to the city centre. Nice building.
