Top!Das Apartement ist anspruchsvoll eingerichtet,sehr sauber und zum Wohlfühlen genau das richtige. Es liegt recht zentral,so dass man von hier aus wandern und Rad fahren kann. Auch der nächste Strand ist durchaus zu Fuß erreichbar.
Du fühlst dich durch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten sehr willkommen und entdeckst die Liebe von Annalisa im Detail.

Wir waren für eine Woche im "Gelben" Appartement. Alles ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Nago liegt oberhalb von Torbole. Wer es also etwas ruhiger haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Remotely managed apartments where they keep you waiting for entrance instructions till the last minute, asking you to send all IDs via WhatsApp (!) first (I chose to send them via email). The welcome kit is a joke (See pictures - we were 5 people for 4 nights, for which we paid over 1000 €) containing one toilet paper roll.
The apartment was not properly cleaned, there was rubbish in the elevator when we arrived and also in the bathroom bin, dust on clothes hangers, dirty floor.
Just stay away!

When people wonder why such a low rating for a well maintained property. It certainly needs a detailed answer. I'll go into the positives and then negatives. We booked the yellow room. The biggest available among the available.

Positives :

1. Neat & Clean
2. Comfy beds
3. Clean linen
4. Was more tech savy
5. Partial Mountain View

Negatives
1. Maintained a great deal of secrecy to access the property. Travelling from UK and we understood there was none to receive, so wanted clear instructions. Despite repeated attempts, instructions were given only late on the date of arrival. Among 5 phones, 4 didn't work on roaming. We told, we need instructions before as there might be issues with roaming. Lucky for us, 1 phone worked on roaming. Else we would have been stranded on the streets.
2. No one at the property to solve any issues. Probably sitting in China and managing it remotely.
3. 1 room was big and spacious. The other was cramped. Can't open the window without getting your head butted.
4. Falsely advertised as attached bath & toilets. It's common one.
5. Charge us for cleaning the property, but have given clear instructions to clean it after using.
6. AC doesn't work. By the time you figure it out, or they respond, 3-4 days would have gone.
7. Despite repeated attempts to get the complimentary city bus pass. They didn't give it to us. It's environmentally friendly to use these and also save time in looking for parking.
8. Have dedicated parking downstairs. Yet they would want you to pay for it. Don't fall for it. There is plenty parking near the vineyards nearby,behind the property. Just ask someone out there
9. Cutlery was not clean. So we used the dishwasher and the single tablet given to clean them. Asked them for another tablet, got a very prompt reply that we have to buy it. We stayed there for 4 days and they give 1 dush washer tablet.
10. For 5 people, only 2 access cards given. When asked. They promptly said to travel in 2 groups always.

Overall, good property but pathetically bad management.
