Dear Konstantin, I would like to clarify that you have made this review following a non-refund due to YOUR booking error to which we have still paid a commission! I would like to clarify that your review is false from the moment in which there are no photos of the entire apartment in which you are staying and of which you wrote that is furnished with furniture arranged (they are complete bedrooms purchased at a furniture store Italian, 2 large and comfortable sofas, solid wood table and chairs, flat screen TV) but only the toilet and the kitchen which is visibly new (among other things, bought in 2015). You put the kettle on the floor to further discredit the structure, its place is not that but on a table where there are napkins, scottex, paper cups and other things at your disposal placed near an electrical outlet! The photos you have published also represent a small part of the structure where you are staying, it is visible that there are some work to improve our structure, as I explained we are in a tourist area and during the summer it is forbidden to carry out any work not disturb the quiet of other people who live and stay here! Even if the outside of the structure is not complete I do not think this causes an uneasiness inside where it is finely finished! The rest of the photos represent a private property, I have already told you that publish photos of private property on the web without authorization is a serious crime and is punished by Italian law! If you do not provide for the removal of irrelevant photos to the accommodation we will be obliged to contact those responsible! Also, even publishing fake reviews for the European Court is a crime! I'm sorry that there are people like you who for a little money try to tarnish other people's work, I find it rather petty...Regards

These are very nice clean rooms, very friendly and helpful hosts, great location, good equipment, close to the beach, sea view, high security, highly recommended

Siamo stati una settimana a casa di Ester e Giuseppe, e ci siamo trovati come se fossimo a casa nostra. L’appartamento disponeva di tutti i comfort e aveva già a disposizione lo stretto necessario per cucinare. Ester e Giuseppe sono due persone disponibili e accoglienti, sempre pronti a dare consigli. L’appartamento si trova in una località spettacolare, punto di riferimento per visitare tutta la costa da Siracusa fino a Portopalo di capo passero. Siamo stati la prima settimana di ottobre, in quattro persone due adulti e due piccole bambine.

Posto fantastico, a pochi metri dallo splendido mare e location curata nel dettaglio e molto confortevole e pulita.
I proprietari sono davvero in gamba e ospitali,molto disponibili e se possono andare incontro a qualsiasi richiesta lo fanno molto volentieri. Ci sono stato per due anni e penso di tornarci ancora! Consigliatissimo sia per l’ospitalità che per la disponibilità. Ottima posizione sia per la spiaggia che per visitare il centro e i paesi limitrofi.

Da qualche anno vengo in questo appartamento in vacanza con la mia famiglia, mi dispiace leggere delle recensioni che non rispecchiano la realtà dei fatti! L'appartamento è enorme, ben rifinito e molto luminoso. In entrambe le camere c'è sia il climatizzatore che le pale da soffitto. La terrazza ha una bellissima vista mare dove poter godere momenti di relax grazie alla tranquillità della zona. La spiaggia è praticamente sotto casa! I proprietari sono delle persone gentilissime, mettono a disposizione degli ospiti sale, zucchero, caffè, tovaglioli, detersivi e molto altro! Non vedo ora di tornare a trovarvi!

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, ottimo per una splendida vacanza a 2 passi dal mare. La spiaggia sotto casa piccola e davvero tranquilla con un mare da favola! Proprietari di casa gentilissimi e disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta! Colazione superlativa. Ho letto la precedente recensione che parlava di aggiunta di tende, noi le abbiamo trovate sia in camera da letto che in cucina, nonostante siano presenti altre strutture nel residence abbiamo goduto a pieno la nostra privacy. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura a settembre 2018 con il mio ragazzo. L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e con tutti i comfort necessari. Abbiamo sfruttato la bella terrazza vista mare per i nostri momenti di relax. La biancheria che viene fornita è di ottima qualità. Abbiamo anche usufruito della colazione che mettono a disposizione con un piccolo costo extra era abbondante e di qualità con croissant eccezionali,marmellate fatte in casa e tanto altro ancora.I proprietari di casa sono due ragazzi gentilissimi e molto disponibili, ci hanno dato parecchi consigli utili sulle zone da visitare e i ristoranti dove andare a mangiare. Grazie di tutto, torneremo! Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento enorme, ben ventilato ed attrezzato di tutti i comfort! Abbiamo trovato olio, aceto, sale, zucchero, caffè e bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo. La biancheria da letto e da bagno pulita e profumata di ottima qualità. La spiaggia tranquilla e pulitissima a 50mt da casa. I proprietari Esther e Giuseppe sono di un'estrema gentilezza, ci hanno dato parecchi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e ottimi ristoranti da provare. Super consigliato, torneremo sicuramente!

Per quello che mi serviva è stato un ottimo alloggio. Cercavo qualcosa vicinissimo al mare, e lo è. Ci vogliono 2 min a piedi per raggiungerlo, tra l'altro non è la spiaggia principale ma una più riservata più piccolina e molto bella. La casa in se offre adeguati spazi un terrazzino/balcone vista mare comodissimo, di certo non è una casa di design o particolarmente curata nello stile, ma per un appoggio per girare gli splendidi luoghi distanti non oltre 30 min d'auto è ottima. Inoltre doccia esterna utilissima. Aggiungerei delle tende in casa per una maggiore privacy, visto l agglomerato di appartamentini in cui è inserito. Comunque consigliato. Inoltre Ester(padrona di casa) molto disponibile.

Depends what u r looking for. If you like lido di noto and need the sea in 2 minutes walk from ur accommodation - you will get it. I personally was attracted by the promised sea-view and a spacious terrace with bbq and a table with a tent. That was the only reason i chose the place. Alas. What u see on the fotos belongs to the house of the host and not to the ugly building made of concrete which u will find at your disposal. What you will get is a blind narrow balcony with a view on anything but not the sea:(. I consider this trick with the photos of smb's else facilities as a direct deception. Would've never mentioned absence of "free welcome champaigne and chocolate/cookies" but considering the above stated tricks, i do. To conclude: total frustration.

Мир бетона. Пристроенное к соседям здание, не имеет ни одного окна в сторону моря, поэтому называть это Sea View - это уже обман. Есть балкон с видом на автокэмпинг, он окружён зарослями камыша, а уже за зарослями, можно увидеть море, если выглянуть с балкона. Из обеих спален вид на бетонные конструкции. Из окна в туалете виден дом хозяев, которые живут рядом. Вся инфраструктура, которую они указывают, возможно, имеется в их доме.
Апартаменты оборудованы наборной мебелью из IKEA, всё хлипкое и ненадёжное. Сантехника в туалете очень странная, нет держателя для туалетной бумаги, на кухне хорошая плита и духовка, но чайником пользоваться невозможно (шнур не дотягивается до розетки), столовой посуды очень мало, кухонная посуда на деле оказывается имитацией для фото, кастрюли из фольги.

Недостроенная бетонная коробка с неряшливым санузлом и кухней. Терасса оказалась глухим балконом с бетонной лестницей в цементированный двор. Хозяева пишут о виде на море и достопримечательности, которых нет, хотя глаз упирается только в автокемпинг под балконом. Минимум посуды на кухне, отсутствие розеток (чайник на полу) и случайный подбор мебели. Из хорошего только расположение и работающий интернет. / Quite strange unfinished concrete structure with intidy kitchen and wc. Terrace is not real terrace but narrow balcony with concreate steps to unpaved concrete yard. Big autocamping area in front instead of sea view and promised landmarks. Minimal kitchen ware, lack of sockets (teapot on the floor) and sparely selected furnitures. Good news - location and stable internet.
