Cracking wee wine shop. No frills local wine from the barrel and then chilled in old water bottles from the fridge. No seats outside other than kerb - perfect. Me and the missus got quietly pissed on not a lot of money having a quite splendid time. You have to visit when in Trapani.

You buy wine (or beer or liquor) in a small, dimly lit, and cramped spot, and then enjoy it outside on the main street, just steps away from the cathedral, either seated on the sidewalk cubes or standing.

The wines are more suited to an old tavern than a wine bar, but the place is the most authentic and informal in the historic center, with prices accessible to everyone. Beloved with the same passion by both residents and travelers.

We've just left this bar and felt compelled to leave a review. The staff are so incredibly lovely. The wine was great, the beer too, and the best complimentary table snacks.. salami, cheese, bread. It's the perfect place to people watch and play a few games of cards. We loved the vibe. Thank you to the kind owner who bought us a drink too. But we would have left this glowing review anyway! Grazie mille for making our last night in Sicily a memorable one.
