Camping Mokambo

Stayed for two nights as a base for visiting Mount Etna and hour away. Facilities basic but adequate. Staff friendly and restaurant was amazing food

Super spacious, clean and tidy. Extremely close to the beach, and with great view on mount Etna. Nevertheless, the best to remember is the restaurant staff Irena, Bruno and Gianluca. We profit their hospitality and delicious cuisine. Prices are very affordable!

This campsite is a real gem. You stand under palm trees with a direct view of Mount Etna. You could say, front row volcano. In addition, you have the sea and the beach right on your doorstep and at night you can hear the sound of the sea in the roof tent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The toilets and showers are clean.

We were there early March 2024. Staff were very friendly. On first impressions it is a very run-down site but it was everything we wanted.

Great camping spot with many spots on grass or shaded. All with electricity and water which is very quite in September and just a 3min walk across the street to a huge and amazing beach. Although the restaurant might look outdated I highly recommend the pizza is super!

Clean and fine campsite. Very friendly owner who really cares about the visitors. Great view to the Etna and just to go over the street so your are on the beach. Just perfect 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😀

Super Campingrestaurant

La scelta giusta. Abbiamo passato una settimana, in tenda, meravigliosa. Ritorneremo alla prima occasione. Andare in bagno o farsi la doccia come se fossi il primo utente poi non ha prezzo. Non abbiamo mai visto tanta pulizia e cortesia. Le formiche? Se vogliamo evitarle andiamo in un hotel, basta un po' di polverina e il gioco è fatto. Grazie al titolare ed a tutto il suo staff, hanno fatto i salti mortali. Famiglia De Marco, Caltanissetta.

Ottimo campeggio, ampi spazi, molto ombreggiato con eucalipto e palme alle pendici dell’Etna che spesso si esibisce di notte con piccole eruzioni. Servizi essenziali, pace e tranquillità assicurate. Personale cortese, ristorante ottimo per tutte le tasche, spiaggia di sassi in convezione splendida e pulitissima. Nei dintorni le attrattive di giardini di naxos Taormina, Acireale, le gole dell’alcantara.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit für ein langes Wochenende auf dem Camping. Wir hatten eine Bungalow und waren super zufrieden. Man hat genug Platz auf dem Camping und die vielen Bäume kühlen auch schön ab. Direkt auf der anderen Seite des Eingangs ist der Strand mit Liegen und Bar, welche man als Camping-Kunde gratis benützen kann.
Hervorzuheben sind die super freundlichen Betreiber und Angestellten, welche uns mit allem immer sehr zuvorkommend geholfen haben!! Wir kommen wieder

Miejsce super. Osoby pracujące tam sa bardzo mili i zyczliwi. Zawsze pomoga nie bacząc skąd jesteś. Plac otacza egzotyczna roslinnosc. Lazienki i toalety czyściutkie. Restauracja na szóstkę. Jedzenie pyszne a obsluga pierwsza klasa, zawsze uśmiechnięta i chetnie doradzi w wyborze menu. Kto podróżuje Kamperem i chce zobaczyc wulkan Etna musi na Campingu Mokambo zatrzymać się. Pozdrawiamy.
