Cosy, luxury stay with fantastic friendly service and a great spa/sauna area. Free and fast shuttle service to Cortina and free E-Car charging. Not the cheapest place to stay but well worth the money, considering the service level and the super comfy beds (not the norm in most other places we stayed in Italy). Only small niggle was the quiet small and dark room without air-con. But with a fan supplied and open windows easily fixed.

An exceptional hotel! Staff all around is amazing from the desk to the concierge to the shuttle driver. First floor suite was comfortable and elegant. My partner and I were sad to leave and could have easily stayed another week. Cortina is a gem and the Rosaoetra is something you cannot miss. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating and welcoming.

The staff was so friendly. The shuttle downtown was great. Food and spa facilities were excellent. The only thing I would say is the window is too small to really benefit from just the Mountain air cooling the room. It was ok with a fan however, I think investing in a wall unit would go a long way.

Likely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The city is delightful but the staff are beyond accommodating. Every corner of the hotel was well designed but the staff were really the stars. We rented bicycles and rode into town for an afternoon glass of wine. Shout out to Matteo in the restaurant who hosted us. If you’re a luxury focused traveler this is where you should stay to experience the Dolomites.

My stay at Rosapetra Resort and Spa was nothing short of exceptional. The staff, including Fabrizio, Édouardo, Caino, Stefano, Matteo, Roberta, and the sommelier, provided the best service I have ever experienced. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Having worked in the hospitality industry, I can confidently say this team is top-notch, and their professionalism and warmth set them apart. I will definitely go back again—it was truly unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location. The staff is extraordinary! The breakfast and wine selections are great. The standard rooms are somewhat small. A lovely stay!

This place impressed us from the start. We were greeted in the parking lot by name as soon as we pulled in. We were assisted with our luggage and made to feel welcomed right away. A quick tour of the hotel and spa area was provided before taking us to our room. All of the facilities were in great condition and everyone who worked there made us feel right at home. One surprising thing was that almost anyone we encountered that worked at the hotel called us by name, a nice personalized touch. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and were impressed by the service and quality of food. The spa facilities are amazing and give you a lot of options to choose from throughout the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Rooms and staff were superb, spa was spectacular with excellent views. Location is excellent located on outskirts of Cortina which kept facilities very quiet but within five minutes of center town.

We were there with a group of 45 people and 22 cars.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The check went flawlessly, what is not always the case with such a group. The luggage was quickly taken and brought directly to the room. A nice, neat and clean hotel. There are good parking facilities in front of the hotel and in the garage (suitable for sport cars ans SUV's). The breakfast was great, there were a lot of choices.
The fitness, spa and sauna area is very nice and you feel very comfortable.

Fantastic Spa! Way better than Hotel de Len

A beautiful place to stay. Reception and Restaurant Staff are extremely friendly. Great Spa and fantastic food.
A short walk away from Cortina, quiet and great for walking, hiking, biking.

We had an absolutely world class experience at both the spa and all of the amenities, and the restaurant. It’s been along time since we’ve had such delicious food and professional tableside service. Put this resort on your list next time you are in Cortina. We highly recommend the Rosa Petra!

Great hotel but not if you are with kids. I loved staying here. Stuff is nice and helpful and do everything, simply amazing.!!!! I think it is a gem to have a such nice team. My warmest stay. Comfy shuttle to town and slopes. Food is very good especially dinner. Rooms are clean and new. Everything is perfect....

Except one note - SPA area, if you are with kids ... I do not know if it is the same owner but they have a stupid rule = no kids after 4pm.
And there is no reason why. The only explanation I got was that if they let my daughter swim for 10 min they would have let other kids to swim too. I asked and....?????
So if you are with kids you can not go ski full day and take a swim after. Very frustrating and not acceptable. We went down to pool at 4.10 pm and we're refused to swim for 10 minutes. My daughter was crying after whole day of skiing no way to relax. Taking into account that pool was empty and only 2 people were there...

This place was the highlight of my Italian trip. I had an absolute horrible experience in northern Italy and was almost going to go home and I’m glad I didn’t. They have a beautiful spa and massage service. Also the best bartender! Five star service although I wanted to keep it a secret so people wouldn’t go I had to write a review.

We really enjoyed our accommodations at Rosapetra. In fact, we loved it so much that we ate dinner at the restaurant every night. We couldn’t find any other place that was as good as La Corte Del Lampone. The chef along with the outstanding restaurant staff made each meal very memorable. The restaurant’s updated décor complements the stunning views outside. The Spa amenities (indoor pool, wet and dry saunas, gym, lounging areas, spa treatments) along with views of the Dolomites allowed for lots of rest and recuperation. Although we would have preferred to have air conditioning, everything else that was good out weighted this bit of a hiccup. Usually they don’t have such high temperatures, so it is hard to fault them for Mother Nature’s weather patterns. We were told however, that they are currently working on solving the air conditioning problem very soon.

Best spa in cortina. Luxurios and wel managed. Open morning to evening. The rooms are very few and that makes it a Cool boutique hotel with a great view on the tofane mountain. It is at 15 minutes walk from the city center, a nice path with no cars . Restaurant is ok. Good choice for a romantic vacation. Probably not for families.
