On our first trip to Italy on a Sunday night and our transportation arrangements got so bad that it caused us to also arrive too late for normal check in at our hotel. With no knowledge of the language, we had a very difficult situation on our hands. Almost every thing was closed, and we were exhausted after almost 24-hours in the air, and on the road. And as we desperately needed to get to our room, a few challenges stood in the way.
We stopped at the GLAM restaurant to ask for help.Thanks to Guglielmo’s knowledge of our language, his thoughtful and thorough assistance we were able to find ways to get into the place for a much-needed help, even though it had nothing to do with him or his business.
The next day coming back from our tours, again very late, hungry and tired. We stopped at the restaurant, but this time to order something to eat. What we wanted to eat was not on the restaurant menu. However, Guglielmo gladly, and in no time, had it made and served it to us.
I just wanted to let him know how much his kindness was greatly appreciated and also say thank you so much for going out of his way to helping us feel welcome to Italy and to Tivoli!

The Best ice cream in Tivoli! Expressive flavors, good price and nice Staff.

The ice creams are incredible and for the low price of 3€ for a medium cone, it really is worth it to stop by on a hot day.

Nella bella cittadina di Tivoli , a pochi passi da Villa D'Este , sono incappato in " Glam " , situato nei pressi di Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi a Tivoli
L' ho trovato un ambiente moderno e accogliente, con un arredamento curato in più dettagli. Il personale si è dimostrato attento e cortese, nonostante il locale fosse piuttosto affollato quando ci sono stato.

Il punto di forza del Glam è sicuramente il gelato artigianale, che risultata di ottima qualità, anche se non l' ho provato personalmente.
Il locale offre anche un'ampia scelta di cocktail, ottimi per un aperitivo in compagnia.

Posso dire che Glam è un locale che consiglierei per un aperitivo o un gelato in buona compagnia.

Posto carino molto accogliente, pulito, i ragazzi sono molto educati e disponibili, ogni volta che vado su a Tivoli faccio sempre un salto da loro anche solo per un caffè. Ho assaggiato anche loro buonissimi waffle. Buoni anche gli aperitivi, Hanno diverse scelta.
