Simply the best goulash I’ve ever had. The food here is something very special. All homemade and of very high quality. The cheeses are produced at their farm. I would highly recommend this place. Absolutely delicious. Lovely staff and great service.

Built as a modern farm shop, in perfect Ladinian style.
Nested away from most tourist spots; here you can find a variety of delicious dairy based products ( from sweets to cheese and yogurt) deliciously crafted by the owner

They also have the best buffet breakfast in the area: served between 7.30 and 11 each morning and the place is also ideal for digital nomads working from the mountains

Exceptionally high quality homemade cakes, with excellent raw materials. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful, I really recommend stopping by for a piece of cake, an aperitivo or some cheese shopping! They source their own diary in the farm next to the hotel/cafe

Until my recent trip to the Dolomites with my family, I can't recall a trip where I wasn't itching to get home. And then I stayed at Bio Luch Ruances. The rooms were impeccably clean and have all the comforts of home. All the annoying things that I find about traveling were absent - plugs were actually in the right spots; there were hooks throughout the apartment where you needed them; there was ample countertop space in the bathroom and shelves in the shower for toiletries. I had coffee on my private deck every morning and looked out at the mountains. Everyone in the family who owns and operates the farm stay was gracious and kind. The food in the cafe was delicious (and I promise you I am super picky about food). Each morning I ate fresh yogurt made from milk from cows on the property, along with eggs laid by hens from the farm. You do not get more farm to table than this. The location was fantastic. We were just on the edge of San Cassiano, so it was quiet, but town was just a short walk away. Go. Just go.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here on a trip to the Dolomites recently, the full experience was phenomenal, we are planning to come back as soon as possible! Thanks Olga, you are a brilliant host, it is clear the a large amount of thought has went into the small details in your accommodation. 10/10

Piatti davvero molto buoni ed anche raffinati, pieni di sapori che si sposano perfettamente tra loro.

Posto davvero bello, sia dentro che fuori un bellissimo design. Andando al piano di sotto ci sono i bagni, una stanza per fare giocare i bambini ed infine una porta che vi fa uscire, e lì c'è la stalla. Ci sono le loro mucche e conigli, e anche altri giochi all'aperto per i bambini.
Posto da 5 stelle, se dovessi tornare a S.cassiano di sicuro tornerò anche qui!

Siamo stati qui per colazione, offrono una soluzione a buffet a 17€, assolutamente da provare.
Il tiramisù era eccezionale. Anche la cheesecake era ottima.
Affettati e formaggi buonissimi.
Contro: il succo di frutta sembrava annacquato.
La location era molto bella e con arredi ricercati.

Siamo stati a cena dopo aver curiosato nei giorni precedenti degustando e acquistando il formaggio dell'agriturismo, beh è stata davvero un'esperienza positiva. Ottima la qualità dell'offerta dal tagliere ai primi, le materie prime sono di prim'ordine e il servizio il linea con la struttura. La location è nuova e vanta diversi spazi dove si possono incontrare anche le mucche e i vitelli dell'azienda, gli interni sono curati e accoglienti. Torneremo anche solo per comprare gli ottimo formaggi.

Deliziosa la colazione con due opzioni :a buffet o alla carta. Dovete assaggiare lo yogurt alla frutta e fiori ma anche lo strudel. Sono buonissimi anche formagi della loro produzione, ne abbiamo preso qualcuno da portare a casa. Il locale e' molto curato e con con la bellissima vista. Per i bambini i c'è una sala giochi con la vista sulla montagna e sulla stalla. I nostri bambini l'anno adorata. Grazie di tutto.

Premetto che frequento molte malghe in varie zone e questa mi aveva catturato per la struttura nuova , appena entrato ho notato la classica confusione dei giorni di ferragosto ma gestita comunque abbastanza bene. Appena uno entra nota il costo dei formaggi molto più alto delle classiche malghe ma abbiamo voluto prendere lo stesso degli assaggi e .... Magia la qualità è eccezionale, sono un esperienza sensoriale un qualcosa di inaspettato e creativo . Mi sento di dare solo un consiglio , fate un piccolo corso per spillare la birra perché tutti quei travasi non si possono vedere.ci rivediamo presto e complimenti!
