So happy to have worked with the team at MBB! I was adamant about my design with the type of foil finish I wanted and I am ecstatic Elisa, Fabio and the production team was able to bring my design to life! They were willing to work with our small business budget and I truly trusted their expertise on yarn label making. Our hand-dyed yarn shop is based in Canada and all bands arrived safely, they were packed and shipped with care and layers of protection. Credo che siano ormai almeno vent'anni che mi affido a quest'azienda per la realizzazione di tutto il materiale grafico che uso per valorizzare i filati che produco. Non mi é mai successo di avere il minimo problema, anzi: parecchie volte mi hanno evitato ritardi di consegna e di fermo macchina rivoluzionando con grande disponibilità i loro piani di produzione per consegnarmi fascette in anticipo rispetto a quanto avevo richiesto. Per quanto riguarda poi la competenza e l'attenzione in tutti i dettagli (dai vari tipi di carta - un assortimento pazzesco - alle soluzioni grafiche più diverse) i ragazzi di My Ballband non sono secondi a nessuno. Li ho consigliati anche a diversi clienti stranieri che avevano necessità di approvvigionarsi direttamente e mi fa piacere che alcuni abbiano seguito il mio consiglio, con loro piena soddisfazione.

Se avessi potuto, avrei lasciato a MyBallBand molte più stelle. Una per ogni etichetta che mi hanno stampato. La qualità della carta e della stampa è eccellente, il personale è gentilissimo e preparato, inoltre i tempi di lavorazione fino alla consegna finale mi sembrano davvero contenuti. Non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio!

Dopo anni e anni di collaborazione con MyBallBand con l'azienda madre, per il nuovo negozio ci siamo affidati a loro ad occhi chiusi.. Lo staff è giovane e dinamico, attento alle esigenze del cliente ed aperto ad ogni richiesta. Sa consigliare e proporre alternative per ogni esigenza. Risultato garantito, consiglio vivamente!

I don't have much experience in industrial printing, but I do have an extensive curriculum in customer assistance, and I can tell without any doubt that 'myballband' invested nothing in the latter.
I asked for a quote, or at least a range of prices for yarn ball labels. The agent on the online chat asked repeatedly about yarn type, lenght and so on - these are all relevant questions, but rather premature for my business. I have just started planning and strategising, and having an idea of production costs would be useful for this phase. I don't think this is an uncommon situation. To my concerns, the agent ironically responded that, perhaps, their company is out of my league.
Now, I am sure they don't need my small contribution, given they only deal with customers of a certain league, but the agent did decide to extend our chat for three days (which might have been enough time to put a pricelist together?), just to tell me that he wouldn't help me without all the yarn specifics. Surely this is not an efficient use of this company's resources.
Sadly, I can't give a rating on print quality, but if you are looking to work with honest and respectful people, I suggest you look elsewhere :)
